We bought a used car there on Dec 29th. On Jan 13th the engine light came on. We had only driven this car to doctors appointments and a couple of short trips to the grocery,. Less than 100 miles. Took the car in and they called me back saying the repair, diagnosis, and replacement battery would be over $300. Even though this was an electrical problem, I don't know why this wasn't discovered during certification that the car was saleable. At this point I am not a very happy customer.
I am happy to report that through the diligence of Mary Spradlin the problem was handled at a reduced rate. Five stars and kudos to Mary, because of her assistance we will return for future service.
