Car was leaking water. We were able to make an appointment the same day we called, which was great. When we dropped the car off, the intake person at the service counter was rude and condescending. At one point she said, "Well the best we can do is look at it!" Wow, what did she think we wanted; after disrupting our day and driving across town (twice)? They did look at the car and determined nothing was wrong. This morning (the day after the appointment) I looked under the car to see if there was still a water leak (there wasn't) and saw they had used a wire tie to secure a plastic shield in place. Not the professional repair you'd expect from a dealer's shop. This was not our first less than satisfactory visit to Kendall Honda's service shop.
