Appreciate talking with real persons, all who are very courteous, capable and concerned about your needs.
Car service was excellent with one minor exception. Mechanics were under the hood with their electronic devices before I was in the building after parking.
Minor exception was that the glove compartment was open when I went out to my car after it was serviced. It would not stay shut. Went back inside and a mechanic was put on it immediately. Fixed in matter of minutes. He apologized and explained why.
