Bought a car here about 18 months ago. Within the first month we had 2 chips on the windshield. First one they fixed, then the dealership completely ghosted us. We called multiple times as the windshield has chipped at minimum once a month. I have owned cars before and never had a windshield chip SO EASILY! Finally just replaced the windshield after contacting the dealership numerous times. Today we get a call from THEM asking US how the car is. Could this be because we paid the car off within 6 months of purchase and they were hoping to continue to cash in on us? TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do yourself a favor and buy from anyone else.
In the beginning I was happy with them , but I've stated getting million emails with their advertisement, multiple phone call offering to trade in my jeep , mail got sent to me few times a week for the last couple of years. I am just tired to explain them on the phone that I don't want to do business with the ever again!! stay away!!
Made a huge mistake by going to their West Valley Location. The service department is such a mess.
If you want to get an oil change it takes literal hours. You can never get anyone on the phone (Chad Rigby GM). I called to check the status of my car after 4.5 hours. Nobody knew were it was so they had to look for it. They finally found it and told me even after 4.5 hours that their were 5 cars ahead of it. I just took the keys and went somewhere else. I've never had a good experience at a Ken Garff location.
The only thing that made me go back was the 3 oil change package that I didn't use. They said the company Korner Stone could reimburse me but just like Ken Garff, you cannot get anyone on the phone or to respond to emails.
Northwest Doge Stay away Not worth your time or effort Worst ethics in the industry 12-18-2020 I called the salesperson at 9 am and inquired if the price was right and if the truck was still available. He calls me back a few minutes later and confirms that that is the correct price and the truck is available. I told him I will buy it and that I could give him a deposit over the phone to secure it. He said it was not needed as long as I went to close on it today which I agreed and told him I would d be there after 3:30 We had a couple of phone calls to confirm all was ok and who to invoice the vehicle to etc. Then and hour before we are supposed to meet at the dealership he calls me and lets me know that there was one other person before me that closed on the truck. I asked for me to talk to the manager still waiting the call back.

I would like to inform you of the experience I had at your Clear Lake Dodge dealership in Texas on February 27th 2021.
I called the dealership inquiring about a couple of RAM 1500 trucks. I called ahead of time to confirm availability and price. I was told by sales staff on the phone the Internet sales price was the out the door price. I asked if there were any additional charges such as dealer add ons. I was informed there were not. I confirmed that the sale price was the same price even if I used Chrysler financing at 0% at 72 months. I asked more than once. I was told that it was. I inquire about 2 vehicles. I was asked when I could come in and told them in 45 minutes. I lived about 50 miles away. I did so.
I arrived and the sales consultant proceeded to tell me the stated Internet sale price depended on if I qualified for the rebates such as first responder, military etc. He did not mention any of the national rebates. After he discussed what I told him with his sales manager. I was informed they would honor what was told to me on the phone. So about 45 minutes of my arrival, both vehicles had been sold. I was told an additional one I inquired about was also sold. They asked if I wanted another vehicle and I declined.
When I went out to get in my vehicle I noticed one of vehicles I inquired about was there. I called and spoke with a different sales manager by the name of Cindy. She confirmed it had not been sold. It was still there on the lot and keys were there. When I told her of the deal that was agreed upon. She said she could not honor that deal. If I chose to take advantage of the 0% for 72 finance rate. I would loose the $3000 in rebates.
Needless to say I left very frustrated and upset as I feel I was deceived. My apologies not knowing the name of the sales consultants. No card was given.
Ken Garff Ford is some of the worst service I have ever seen. Lost my future business. Made 2 payments, and, have still not received my plates. Never called when they say they would. Sub par detailed car. Service department is a verry disorganized and do not do what they say. Ken Garff... we don't hear you ..or Ken Garff...we make excuses
They stole my $1000 down-payment when I didn't buy their car, even though they had a "no hassle" return/exchange for 5 days or 500 miles policy. I didn't even drive their car off the dealershis parking lot.
Ps. It was Ken Garff Nissan of Salt Lake City, on the 5th of January.
Hello, We looked online for a new vehicle, found what we wanted at Toyota of the desert in cathedral city. The vehicle was, and is, I m told in transit. We went to the dealership to purchase the inbound vehicle. The the advertised internet price for the vehicle was $33,310, less 1000 rebate, so 32,310.00. Our salesman Drew sat down with us to sell us the vehicle. When he came back with the worksheet, there was a 3000 dollar charge for an extended warranty, a paint protection product for $890.00 and a GPS vehicle system product for 1295.00, none of which they tried to sell us,or that we asked for, or wanted on our new vehicle, but it was already printed on the work sheet. I told our salesman we didn t want the extended warranty, he said really? I said yes really, we do not want it. We may buy one down the road, but not right now. I then asked him to remove the other two aftermarket products, paint protection and GPS safety product from the worksheet, the salesman told me those are already on the car. I said to the salesman that the vehicle is not even here yet, how could they be on the vehicle? He said oh those go on the minute the truck drops the car , which I know is not true, there are many things that happen to a vehicle before aftermarket products are installed. I voiced that we didn t want those products several times in text and in person. When we went to finance, I told the finance manager that we didn t want to purchase those products, he said we would have to talk to our salesman? A minute later the salesman came in, I asked him point blank in front of my other half and the finance manager, so you re telling me I HAVE to buy these products in order to purchase the vehicle? He said yea, you do. When we got home from the purchase, I called and texted several times with the salesman and told him do not put those products on our vehicle, we don t want them, we can come in a rewrite the contract. Drew said we can just wait til the car comes in. The original delivery window for the vehicle to arrive dealership was 7/16-7/19. We went in yesterday 7/19 to check, we saw our salesman at the front door as we were parking, he saw us and disappeared. When they paged him for us, another salesman came out and said Drew was working with one of his customers, which didn t really make any sense,(don t know why this guy wasn t working with his own customer? He then asked what he could help with, we asked if the car was here, he came back 10 minutes later and said the due date is pushed out to 20th-26th. I again reiterated with this saleman that we don t want the aftermarket products on the vehicle. We left the dealer and we were at petco when a man from the dealership called, not sure if he said he was the sale manager, his name was Johnny Pipitt. He said, I was told there might be some questions you answered. I explained that we don t want those two products applied to the vehicle, we don t want them,(for the 15th time). Johnny told me that even if we don t put those products on the car, that we will still pay the same price!!! I said, so you re going to charge me for things thst I don t want and that aren t going on the vehicle ? He said those aftermarket products are really a markup on the vehicle, so the customer gets something out of the market up??? He then said to me, so do you not want the car , I said we still want the car. California vehicle code11713(e) basically says what Johnny is saying, taking those aftermarket product charges and moving them to mark up, is illegal. We really just want to purchase the vehicle and we have a signed contract with the dealership already. We don t know if the car is there, I guess we are working with Johnny Pipitt now, haven t heard from our salesman at all. I texted Pipitt today, he said nope not here yet, have a nice day. We are headed out of town Friday, we were hoping it would be in our new Garff dealership vehicle, but now thinking we will have to rent a car. Vin 4T1S31Ak6MU562761 Amy Setterholm & Cindy Couch
