Horrible company. Out there to get top dollar while screwing over their customers. Stay away, far far away.

I've been working there about a year. My supervisor is amazing, and all the employees I've met have been great to work with. The higher-ups don't look down on anyone and are always friendly. It's truly a great place to work.

Great company and a great group of people to work with!

Fabulous company. They are transparent not only with employees but also clients. Has high integrity. In a convoluted and sometimes dark health care environment in the U.S. given that health care is an inelastic good. Navitus is a bright spot that passes through ALL the savings to the clients.

I really enjoyed Navitus / Lumicera as my PBM / Specialty Pharmacy and the opportunity that I had to work there and grow as a young professional.

The staff is truly wonderful with an outstanding culture centered around thought leadership and training.

Horrible company to work for, didn't warn me or had a clear explanation on why I was let go. Company is not diversified at all they do not believe in hiring others from different backgrounds or cultures. Very awkward environment
