Nice place, clean swimming pool, suitable for children, with lots of amenities however a little expensive

It is an amazing modern hotel. It has gym, 2 swimming pools, restaurants etc. It is surely a hotel that u could stay all day in and won't get bored. The breakfast has a verity of foods, everything was tasty but I suggest go early so the food is still warm

Very beautiful rooms, large room with many amenities, but some small details spoil the overall picture. The most important are dust in furniture and the atmosphere, blows and burns on furniture and flooring.

Very nice hotel! We lived in it for three days, the impressions were wonderful. The cuisine in the restaurant is delicious, the service is of a high standard. With great pleasure I would visit this place again.

Great, modern, and clean hotel,
The pool is very nice, the breakfast was great, there was something for every taste. By bus to Thessaloniki city is about 30/40 minutes for 1 Euro, or by taxi for 13 Euro ... From the hotel, about 1 kilometer , there is a great shopping center ... , with many shops and restaurants

This is my second time coming here to use the pool in the same week and the staff both time have been incredibly rude and unfriendly. You would expect better service when you re paying 15 just to use the pool and for a 5 star hotel.
The pool is very nice and clean however and there are no screaming kids

Excellent hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed in. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and provided everything needed. We were very pleased with the staff's attitude and the rich breakfast. I did not have time to try the spa, but I think I will visit it.

One of the best in Greece !! Initially the staff were polite and helpful !! (what we requested was provided, even by boat to get us from the airport) the rooms were spotless and the buffet breakfast was perfect !!! visit the dome restaurant for 5 star cooking !!!

Courteous staff, great breakfasts, we asked for some things like shampoo, toothbrush set, polypropylene and they brought us right away. Very nice spaces. Dismissed toilet cap, damaged dirt filled and molded shower phone. Nails if possible on the balcony for 2 days not picked up. In the ice cube in the coffee something like styrofoam. Rust in the indoor pool. Room 140 once we left check them out. The hotel guests leave the room towels on their pool chairs from 8 o'clock in the morning as well as in front of us at breakfast a gentleman arranged with Yiannis - a swimming pool employee, to hold 2 sun loungers. Greek countryside at 5-star hotel that allow it. Sunday and of course she became mad. They captured dozens of families paying 30 euros per person for the pool and spa area. But of course they did not fit and others were leaving or waiting for the hours to shout. We also came to a standstill (because of course there was no lounger for a sample) and we waited outside the bar for two hours. The first half hour, when no one came to order we called them. Seeing to drain a sunbed

(while we were told that we were in the top priority) people went on their own and caught them naturally. When the lifeguards came to notify us twice for loungers they had already prevented them and told us that they would lift them up to sit down, but naturally and we did not want to lift the world, those who blame? We finally went to sleep in our room and so loudly put up the music you could not even hear your thoughts about. And while they were made by some observation, nothing changed. "Party" informed us at noon (for 20 people-visitors) while no one else was having fun, not completely disregarding the room's guests. Now that we were leaving we decided to finally enjoy the swimming pool but informed us that after 12:00 with the check out the use of the pool is 15 euro / person. Of course we left explaining what happened. We then offered to go free - of course, and we did not want them after all and gave us a "pass" for another day. Whatever we said at the reception desk, the employee was completely indifferent. The worst experience in a 5 star hotel, wherever we went inside and outside of Thessaloniki, has never been such unacceptable incidents. Our second visit, the first we left close to 2000 euros for 2 days and today we are close to 800 euros for Saturday. It will be unforgettable.

Nice place to spend a few days. The restaurant is awesome. A bit pricey but it's worth it.

Positive: Breakfast very complete and with many options to choose from (fresh products). Staff very helpful and friendly. Gym and Spa with good facilities. Spectacular outdoor pool. Negative: Very weak wifi signal in the room. Pool service only open in summer season

A pampering hotel. Very suitable for recreation, close to the airport, and a quarter of an hour away from the city.

When we booked a delux room on the pool the resort appeared to have all the requirements of a five star hotel.. on first glance it appeared very nice we were quite happy with our choice snd excited to see our room, however once we arrived at the room we were more than a little disappointed by the condition of not just our room but also common areas too... maintenance is an issue furniture starting to look worn in our room, dirty glass to the doors to the pool, damaged wood outside our room rusting sun loungers dirty outside furniture, damaged carpets in the corridors the list goes on..... Considering it had been shut for several months due to Covid, this would have been an ideal time to catch up on maintenance but this wasn t the case... The rooms also lack that 5 star wow that you normally expect for a few hundred euro a night.... On the plus side the staff were great very helpful and everyone wearing masks due to Covid requirements.. very close to the airport, close to the outdoor shopping center if that s your thing and a great pool, great cocktails by Dimitri.... would I stay again very unlikely..

I booked a suite for a just married couple. Inside the room there was not even a single welcome fruit, just two bottles of water.
The small private yard of the room was very dirty with a dead bird at the corner. The room temperature was very low, even if we turned off the cooling system the temperature was still very low until the morning.
It was a surprise for us because we chose this hotel for our first night after the wedding due to the high review rating but it didn't meet finally our simple expectations.

Staying a week in a hotel and feeling at home is a blessing! Human resources make a difference. They are warm, polite, eager ... professionals. Well done for them!

Awesome hotel worth the money you will spend. Huge outdoor pool, large indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is by far the best I've ever eaten and I mean it. Such a variety of gourmet choices so beautifully arranged you may not have seen better. And we also ate at the restaurant. The food expensive but delicious! Its only downside is that it is far from Thessaloniki center otherwise it is an excellent choice for accommodation!
