Nice hotel. Good swimming pool. Area where hotel situated is nice. Need to improve breakfast. Good interior and exterior design. Service is good.

Nice hotel.....breakfast and dinner was awesome...most of the amenities are here.

Pathetic hotel and pathetic service, it's not fit to be called a 5 star hotel, their service is worse than a 3 star hotel.

Staff behavior is very casual and most of the food items taste bad, would not recommend it at all.

The ambience was quiet decent. The entrance could be more lit. Food was amazing

I had a one day stay at The Leela on 29th July 2018 . The interior of the hotel is better than the 7 star resorts , i had stayed on my International trips but the room was not well ventilated . The breakfast was useless and cold.
Staff was very cheering , pool was awesome , well mintained but the staff was very very slow in doing everything and keeps on changing.You request something for evening , one staff memeber says OK and goes home , evening staff has no idea about the matter. Lolwa Staff (I think they dont want to work hahah) ya but they very very good and welcoming.
Main problem i faced was that my throat is very sensitive and the defragmentators The Leela Ambience is using very irritating , that artificial lemon essence stucks to my throat . Cause inflamation in throat

Loved the hotel, beautifully made , bathroom was extremely gorgeous. Fragrance all over the hotel. The good thing is staff that is super courteous and friendly.

The thing we did not like that they did not give cake for bday celebrations though all other 5 star hotels provide that as complimentary on occasions.

And when we were clicking pics the manager asked us "Are you staying in the hotel because all I see is that the photoshoot is going on"...that question was quiet inappropriate...however all other staff was courteous and nice.

We just had a roka function here. Paid double of what we would have paid outside. The experience was just devastating. The service was so poor so poor that the guests were literally crying that they are not getting any food to eat. They were saving food as if they wanted to reuse the same food in other parties. The ac was not at all working. There were 100 guests and I think everyone would have complained to increase the ac but it was going to deaf ears. People were sweating and they didn't seem to care less. Half of the Chat items were not even opened in the whole function. If you want your guests to not like your function,that's the only reason you should choose this hotel or leela chain as a whole. Otherwise please save yourself the shame and embarrassment and choose another hotel for your guests

Happened to visit this place for an official event ! Very nice place for hosting corporate events ! Neat and clean place ! Very spacious ! Easily noticed from road ! Staff are friendly . Food is very very delicious ! Loved it !

Nice hotel for a comfortable stay. Going on another level for check in is little troublesome.

This is one of the best hotels situated in east Delhi. The place is surrounded by parks and beautiful scenic view. One would enjoy the stay here. Just a reminder do not walk outside hotel all alone or with valuable. There has been instances of snatching around this place.

Leela Ambience near yamuna sports complex is one of the best hotels i have stayed so far. The highlight is the staff working there. Well trained, patient and very courteous. The property is well maintained, the rooms are very comfortable and you will get the true Leela experience here. I am now a fan of the Leela group of hotels.

Its an awsm place i would suggest everyone ples try atleast once u will definitely gona love it..
