Lovely hotel. Well appointed with nice amenities. Staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet is great value.

Overall the Leela hotel is very good and excellent service

I asked reception about ' is there any membership available,
What if we want only to use pool' . He seemed little underconfident, and what he told us, was very expensive.

It was an amazing experience to spend some precious moments in Hotel Leela !

I, Dr. Ajay Kumar Agarwal along with my wife Dr. Seema Agarwal had booked The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, East Delhi for the marriage of our son on 7th December, 2019. We had booked 2 halls namely Jade and Ruby along with a small lawn.
The manager allotted to us was Mr. Mayank.
We chose the decorator who was empaneled by the hotel namely Mr. Gaurav on suggestion of Mr Mayank.
We state this with profound grief, anger and frustration that the marriage venue especially the decoration was extremely disappointing that even the word rubbish is better.
We wish to state the following issues that we faced from the starting point of getting in touch with the team.

1. We had wished to book the venue for 8th of December and had conducted meetings and showed great interest in booking the venue for 8th, but there was so much of a communication gap between Mr Mayank and Miss Shelja and their team of managers that without even informing us, 8th december was promised to someone else and we had to settle for 7th December, 2019 and had to make changes in our dates for the rest of the program. We conducted a lot of meetings, but there was nothing that was done to help us out. However, we chose to stick with the hotel and confirmed 7th December as the date for the marriage.

However, to our utter shock, when we went to check the decoration at the venue at around 3 PM, what we found were dirty curtains with multiple holes in them and the decoration was not even 10% of what was promised. The bride and groom stage was so poorly decorated, that even my colleagues and friends took note of the things. Even the white carpet was not placed in entire extent and covered only half of the stage. There were very few lights, flowers and decoration at the gates and the stage in contradiction to what was promised to us. The carpets placed at the entry gate were too dirty.
3. We had also paid for the assembly point near CBD ground around 100 metres from Leela which was not ready even at 6 pm. And finally the assembly point which they provided us was constructed in a heap of garbage, mud and multiple pits. One of our relatives even fell in the pit and suffered minor injuries. We were so disappointed that we had to condemn the assembly point.

We were so disappointed and depressed just hours before the marriage and requested Mr. Gaurav to rectify things but he didn t pay heed to our requests. What could be more disappointing than a rubbish decoration in a 5 star hotel where one is paying in lakhs for one night!
The hotel authorities didn t help us out instead of the fact that the decorator was on their panel list. Their attitude was very cold and we were left completely helpless on the day of our son s marriage, which is a once in a lifetime event. All we can say is that we were extremely disappointed and our dreams of a decent marriage were broken due to extreme negligence from the hotel authorities especially the decorator Mr. Gaurav. We suffered extreme mental and monetary harassment. We were literally cheated. Your team is a bunch of liars and cheaters who just know how to extract money from the customers, however, don t provide services because they know the customer wouldn t be able to do anything on the day of marriage.
Whosoever is reading this review is requested never to choose this hotel for any event. This venue is a total waste of money and resources.

It's a great place for chilling with friends and family. They have a very nice restaurant that is Delhi 32

The hotel staff don't know what is where in their hotel premises and misdirect the guest

Best place for Chinese. Excellent service . Vegetarian Thai curry and Hot & sour soup is amazing.

The staff is too good and they do every possible bit to make your stay worthwhile.

Very good 5 star property but very far flung from City centre

I've never had worse food in my life. Oily, uncooked, cold and tasteless. Asked the manager (Praveen) to look into it, he called the Chef and he started explaining things that made no sense. Take my advice, don't spend your money here, for heaven's sake.

Inside campus of hotel is very good. But outside campus, area looks like countryside and very dusty. Food doesn't have good taste

It's a good property to have a meeting and to have wedding functions

One of the nicest places you can visit your life, very beautiful and many services and a distinctive location and serve hero as a hotel, but eating and swimming is not necessary inside the hotel but generally experience hero

Very ill mannered staff. As they don't how to talk a female. My mother was doing exhibition in Leela and the staff Praveen Nagar was behaving very rudely with me and my mother. Please look into the matter and take action against Praveen Nagar the staff.

Such a great Place. Things to be experienced once atleast. From entry ro exit all things nicely maintained and good service given by all staff.

They've been with us on the frontline during the pandemic, accomodating countless doctors all throughout. Thank you!

Very Good place for staying & office conference near Airport

5 star hotel in new delhi with biggest building in the area

Stayed here again last month and had another perfect stay. The hotel is beautiful and can't be faulted but what makes this hotel so special are the staff, they are all wonderful. They really can't be faulted, they are attentive but not over the top and if you take the time to talk to them you'll find out how great they are. I can't wait to return to this amazing hotel.

Nice palce for office conference and annual function. Food is not up to the mark. Ambience is good

There are two types of Dining system, one is buffet one named Cafe Knoch and other one is Delhi 32. Cafe knoche buffet system costs Rs2000 per head while other is the normal dining way, bill depending on how much you order.

Brilliant place to stay, 5* service from all members of staff. Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable. Very quiet at night. We had room service at night, arrived within 45 minutes and tasted divine, loads of different options to choose room. Had breakfast in the restaurant in the morning and service and choice were all 5*. Would highly recommend.
