Smart business and really well kept facilities. Going the extra mile to connect skyways!
The fact that they own Bellevue Square... I m rating on this. To post signs that you will expound employees cars---is absurd. Most companies have secure/safe parking for their employees (close by). Many of these employees are women who get out of work very late at night from restaurants and mall, after closing....and it's ludacris to have your employees not be able to park at your expensive establishment. This has effected how I feel about the Square and I don't shop here anymore. Turn over is high- because no business can afford their rents. When you call to give feedback, the company is atrocious, rude and no customer service. Come here for holiday shopping, no thanks...I'll take my business elsewhere. Word of mouth is everything.
Security often abuses their power, stating that they will tow your vehicle or have it impounded. Let these kids know that you will not be harassed and they are not law enforcement.
Horrible Management Staff especially that Arrogant little Mark Stone who walks around throwing his weight at all people . A true Hypocrite and bad Business man . From the second we all met him all had the same opinion a shady person that is just playing the part. Wanted to lease a space from there until we met him and he disturbed us all so deeply that we choose another location. Reminded us of the movie The Wolf of Wall Street Jordan Belfort just fake as can be. And Im shocked that this company has someone like this working there a true Socialite wannabee !
I had an amazing experience with these folks, professional and honest.
every time I come to the mall they threaten to tow my vehicle, harass me with parking tickets and tell me to park somewhere else, because I work for WeWork in SEATTLE! I've spoken to Rich Carmichael a dozen times about it and often get told that there's nothing they can do and end the conversation with a threat to tow me. Is this how a business treats its consumers? I spend $1100 last week at a store and come back to a PARKING TICKET! What kind of treatment is this? Insane!
Great company, period. It is a family owned company, and you can feel it. The Freemans are some of the most generous and kind people around. The city of Bellevue, its residents and resident businesses have them to thank for making that downtown what it is.
