Keller Williams NYC Review

Cancelled my apartment viewing 25 minutes before the appointment. This after changing the appointment time twice the day before. Very unprofessional. Sofia and Thomas fyi.

Completely unprofessional experience with this firm. Not even full sentence replies even dealing with an assistant. Did not bother to disclose information when applying to an apartment. Completely wasted our time.

Keller Williams has a positive and friendly work atmosphere. Professionalism throughout the office and over the phone. I highly recommend!!

Stay away from ANDREW FELDMAN Associate Broker in this office. A liar, crook, charlatan, a true con artist cheat. He will rob you blind/

Do not trust these guys. They advertise falsely and take tenants who are willing to pay the highest fees. Allan Zapadinski was the broker I dealt with. When I called him out for being unprofessional he accused me of trespassing during a showing and threatened to call my boss! These are people you are supposed to send your taxes and personal information too when ready to apply. I would never work with this firm and especially Allan. Terrible that these brokers can bully and take advantage of people just looking to get a decent apartment. Stay Away!

I was pleased by Ali Ghazanfar. Honest and top agent in New York city. He gave me good/honnest advise.

Beatriz Moitinho contacted me through street easy trying to show my apartment. I said, "fine". I responded to an email she sent, and she didn't like my response, said, "you're a little ray of sunshine, aren't you?" Are you kidding me right now. Check yourself. AVOID. Psycho, unprofessional, will turn on you like a rabid dog if you're not "chatty". Whoah.

My husband and I have bought and sold many properties over the years, and, in the process, have worked with dozens of realtors. This, however, was to be the first home we would be selling in New York City. Since we had purchased the apartment only a year previously and spent a small fortune renovating it, we were stressed out over the possibility of losing a chunk of our investment. We had the great fortune of meeting Dosta Dedic, an agent at Keller Williams, at an open house and were immediately taken by her warmth, sincerity and positive attitude.
With Dosta's experienced guidance we agreed on a selling price for our studio that would allow us to clear all of our expenses. While no studios in our complex had ever sold for such a high price, Dosta assured us that she would get our price given that we had done a high-end renovation and the market was strong. Her feeling was that the apartment was worth every penny.
Dosta surpassed all our expectations. Her determination, tenacity, and hard work, not to mention her winning personality, professionalism, honesty, experience, and knowledge of the NYC real estate market, made it happen! We were thrilled!
I cannot say enough on behalf of Dosta Dedic. She goes beyond the call of duty, helping in whatever way she can to make the buyer or seller's experience low-stress and successful. I am convinced that you could not find a better realtor anywhere in the city!

Strongly recommend Avi Levi from KW NYC.. His professionalism, knowledge and hard work was really out standing. A trustworthy and honest agent that work things out and make things happen. I will definitely contact him again in the future. Thank you again Avi!

STOP RENAMING NYC NEIGHBORHOODS! JUST A SCHEME TO SELL. IF THESE AGENTS WILL DECEIVE YOU BY RENAMING NEIGHBORHOODS WHAT DO YOU EXPECT THEY WILL DO FOR A SALE?

I am proud of my association with this firm. In NYC realestate their ethics are of the highest. If someone has a valid issue with a Keller Williams agent they will probably not be here when you check again.

Terribly unprofessional. Viewing place unconfirmed. Receptionist horribly rude. Speaking over you constantly. Hung up on 4 times. Directed to mailboxes which were full. So far no resolution. Beware! If this is how the company is run, watch out when buying/renting. Yikes!

Having done my due diligence regarding which brokerage to join, I was impressed with not only the training available at Keller Williams NYC but also the overall dedication to their agents. As is often said, "the proof is in the pudding" and I have seen that in the last 3 months of my tenure. I wouldn't expect anything less moving forward. I believe its a great option for both consumers and brokers alike.

I applied for an apartment with this company this past weekend and it was a horrible experience. I was the first to show interest in the place, asked what I had to do to take it off the market immediately and offered to pay all fees and turn in an application on the spot. The broker showing the apartment didn't have any of the information with him and didn't know how much money I should submit but he promised to send me the application immediately. It took a few hours for the application to come through and by the time it did, they informed us that someone else had already applied for the apartment and they would not be going forward with our application. I would not recommend working with this company. They were unprepared and unprofessional.

As other reviewers have written, they are entirely unprofessional. In my experience it has taken them over a week to respond to a simple email requesting a refund for a double charge to my account. I am on the verge of giving up as I do not expect to ever receive my money back. Not to mention several times they have contacted me because they have misplaced some of the documents for my lease.

They were very pushy about signing the lease, constantly rushing me along the process, creating what seemed to be a fake sense of urgency.

I am only giving them two stars because I did find an apartment with them. The agent I worked with also was willing to show me an apartment a second time to help me make a decision, which I thought was nice.

But I won't work with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm an agent with Keller Williams NYC and my experience with the company has be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. This company is very disorganized. They obviously cannot handle having 800+ agents. I am being blamed by Susan LeFevre for an error that they made. I cannot be the only agent the has had a horrible experience with them. If you are looking to work with Keller Williams seek the other branches. This is THE WORST branch to work with. STAY AWAY!

Very bad customer service. I rented an appartment and it was dirty and with a broken window after several times asking to fix and clean before my move in date. just a SHAME.

They never return my calls. I do love Jenny for helping me buy a home but I don t like that I can t get a hold of people now.

Real estate agents not clear on the process. Our app was denied with everyone else s that applied and no explanation was given. We were supposed to receive our application fees back and no one has responded. They really just want a commission and aren t there to help find your apartment.

Awesome office, good services, excellent trainings, great personnel. Nice and accessible location.

As an agent, its the biggest national franchise and as a franchise there's no sudden rule changes

Avoid this real estate agency. Daniel Ackerman ratings should be written by customers/clients and not employees of the real estate agency. Rating 4 stars the place where you work does not count.

I will be very careful if you are using one of their agent. It is just a real estate franchise and really have minimal training on their agent. I used one of their agent introduced by my friends, she was helping a few Asian clients to purchase in the same building. The agent did not have any knowledge on how to be a buyer agent and she did not response or help to resolve lots of problems after the contract was signed and showed up again at closing to collect the commission check and left a whole long list of issues for my lawyer to sort out. When I questioned her, she gave me a fit and cut me off.
