As other reviewers have written, they are entirely unprofessional. In my experience it has taken them over a week to respond to a simple email requesting a refund for a double charge to my account. I am on the verge of giving up as I do not expect to ever receive my money back. Not to mention several times they have contacted me because they have misplaced some of the documents for my lease.

They were very pushy about signing the lease, constantly rushing me along the process, creating what seemed to be a fake sense of urgency.

I am only giving them two stars because I did find an apartment with them. The agent I worked with also was willing to show me an apartment a second time to help me make a decision, which I thought was nice.

But I won't work with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
