I applied for an apartment with this company this past weekend and it was a horrible experience. I was the first to show interest in the place, asked what I had to do to take it off the market immediately and offered to pay all fees and turn in an application on the spot. The broker showing the apartment didn't have any of the information with him and didn't know how much money I should submit but he promised to send me the application immediately. It took a few hours for the application to come through and by the time it did, they informed us that someone else had already applied for the apartment and they would not be going forward with our application. I would not recommend working with this company. They were unprepared and unprofessional.
