The worst dealer I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. I purchased an extended warranty from a Mercedes dealer in SC and Keeler did not honor it. I submitted a formal complaint to MB USA.

My recent experience with Paul Martell at Keeler Mercedes was outstanding. Although I knew the model of vehicle I wanted, I was unfamiliar with the different option packages and prices. Paul was very patient and thoroughly searched the inventory to find several vehicles which matched my needs. I still could not decide so Paul brought both vehicles up front side by side so I could see and feel the differences between the two. At no time was I pressured into purchasing. This was by far the most pleasant car purchase process I have ever experienced. If you're looking for a highly qualified, knowledgeable professional, I recommend you see Paul for your next vehicle. Walked in to look at a car we saw online, the salesman said they sold it earlier and then just looked at us. We are here because we want a car if you sold that one would you not want to try and help us find another one? Nope no one got up no one wanted to help. Terrible customer service. We left literally two minutes after walking in. I guess another dealership will help us find a car.

Getting my car serviced by Keeler Mercedes-Benz was a perfect experience as always. My backup camera stopped working and they found a setting had been changed to turn it off. Since it was such an easy problem to fix there was no charge Plus they washed my car before returning it.

I recently took my vehicle to Keeler colision for a vehicle repair. I was able to get in right away there was no wait involved. I received very prompt service. They knew who I was as soon as I walked in, and everyone that helped me was very curtious even the boss. I have dealt with Keeler for seven years now and have always received quality service no matter what I was having done and I will continue to do business with then in the future.....to me they are great!!!

Drove over an hour away to get the best service possible for my E350 Benz. Upon arrival Cassie at the service desk was very helpful and assigned a service advisor to me. His name was Steve he was great from the beginning to the end and helped me save the most money possible on my service. Also courtesy drivers are available would like to thank James and David. Over all very pleased with my service. Will definetly be back

Worst service experience. They performed a coolant...

Worst service experience. They performed a coolant flush and clearly didn't do a great job at it. I was stranded in the middle of the night because my car started smoking as coolant gushed out. And guess what they didn't repair it for free but charged me $800 more dollars to "fix" whatever was "broken". Cheating liars..... Worst car dealership and service EVER!

Just took delivery of a beautiful Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan from Keeler Mercedes-Benz and could not be happier! John Zumbo made this EASILY the best car buying experience I ve had no frills, very reasonable, and diligently intent on helping me find the perfect daily driving machine. From the point I walked in (and received undivided and enthusiastic attention even within 45 minutes of closing) until a couple of days later driving off the lot, I could not imagine a smoother transaction. Calls were always picked up the first time and emails were promptly responded to: important details other dealerships readily overlook. Not once while speaking with John or tying up loose ends with Steve Adam did it even cross my mind that these guys were trying to figure "it" out on the fly, trying to pull a fast one, or otherwise not intently focused on the customer finding a total solution. True professionals at Keeler Mercedes-Benz--these guys know a few things about EARNING a long-term customer. It would be a mistake to waste your time looking anywhere else; I certainly won t in the future.

Price for service completely misrepresented. When asked about additional service recommendations, the ones I declined were performed anyway at premium plus pricing. Over $80 for wiper blades. Ridiculous. Never going back

First ever review, just would like to share how AM...

First ever review, just would like to share how AMAZING my experience was at Keeler motor cars through the pre-owned department.

Right off the bat I knew this place was professional, cared for each client as if they were family, and worked hard to get you in the car you want.

I say this because I called inquiring about a car posted online that photos weren't available yet because it was received that day by them. I was put in contact with the sales rep Lynn Larson who went out of her way to go find the car on the lot and send me a few pictures so I had an idea of what the car was like, she did this WITHIN MINUTES. she also was able to make room for my same day appointment without any issue.

Then there was Scott Schief who was the finance manager who gave me all the pertinent information I needed, and at the end of the day got me APPROVED FOR MY DREAM CAR with the credit I had, which couldn't have been easy. With my approval, he went through bank after bank fighting for me, to get me a loan. He is a very genuine guy.

Even till now I am very satisfied with my car, and how I was treated at this dealer. Lynn and Scott both actually contact me time to time to check in on the car and myself. Lynn even went out of her way once more to find a second key for the car days after I drove it off the lot.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!! Or buy from here if you are a female. They prey on females hoping they are honest people and they are anything but. They make repairs that don't need to be done and they charge $51 to change a filter that cost 4.99. My mom went in there looking for a car to lease and they told her they were out of leases. I am ashamed to be a male in a world where the men at Keeler lie and cheat people who hope to trust them. Don't waste your time here. They are desperate to rip you off.

How fortuitous that our latest Mini leasing experi...

How fortuitous that our latest Mini leasing experience took us back to Keeler, the dealership where we were introduced to our first Mini back in 2012, and like before, this experience was equally as pleasant. Our Sales Associate was Anthony, who was very personable, thorough, never overbearing, and most importantly, transparent throughout the entire process. And Johnny, our sales assistant, who was just as personable; he provided us with an excellent test drive experience, which pretty much confirmed for us that another Mini was in our near future, and provided us with a very thorough review of our new Countryman S ALL4 prior to us driving off the lot. My wife and I decided to finance our first car. After being referred to Keeler by our bank, we called and scheduled an appointment to see there used cars. We met Jason upon arrival and after a brief conversation he was able to connect us with a great vehicle at a great price. Unfortunately, we did have a little issue with the vehicle however we call Jason and he was able to take care of our issue and provide us with a rental car while we waited. I highly recommend Keeler Motor Group.

What a mess! We drove 5 hours to purchase a vehicle. They totally messed up the paperwork. We explicitly told them we wanted to register our vehicle locally (verbally and in writing). They kept telling us it is a courtesy for purchasing with Keeler, then it was mandatory for financing. They use a third party vendor and charge an extra $145 to register your vehicle. I hired our Town Clerk, I don t need a third party service. They sent us off with NO paperwork and it took two months to get our loan and odometer disclosures secured and I still don t have license plates!!!!! Driving illegally. And to add insult to injury, they sold me a truck with dead brakes and tires. It passed their inspection, but NOT mine. Thanks!

My wife and I picked up a used Mercedes Benz from Keeler on Saturday and we were very pleased with our experience. They negotiated a very fair deal for the Mercedes and gave us more than the book value on our trade. Our sales representative, Paul Martell, was very responsive and came in on his day off to make sure the vehicle would be ready for pickup on Saturday. Nick McDonald, the sales manager, was also very easy to deal with and helped us close the deal without and hassles. You should make sure to visit this dealership when you are looking to buy your next vehicle!

'bin a Keeler Mercedes customer since 1975 - when Mercedes was located in an old building; currently the site for Honda. I buy all OEM parts at Keeler. Parts may be cheaper elsewhere but I am assured my replacement part hails from a quality controlled pool . And, yes, I get a hefty discount to boot. Parts personnel will spend the time to verify compatibility and see whether there is a design/product spec update for an improvement.

Over the years I have gotten to know the friendly heads of departments. Believe me, that helps. Service has, upon request, helped me out doing my own fixin's. Guys in Service: no less than excellent! Extraordinary, because there is no 'Mercedes' competition in the area. Shhhhh; hope nobody there hears me say this :).

We are a cult of complainers. Not fair.
My father used to say 'bite your tongue when you don't have something good to say............'.

BTW: I wish I had an interest in the outfit. Sadly, I don't.
My MB speaks for itself; closing in to 300,000 miles on the odo in 27 years of ownership.

Hands down the worst company I have ever worked with. Will never work with them again. From beginning to end, their sole focus is to take advantage of people and extract as much money from them as possible. They act under the guise of working with people but in reality they are completely self-serving. I purchased 1 new car from them and had nothing but problems with it. They did absolutely nothing to help me and I was finally able to get rid of it through private sale. My wife made the mistake of purchasing a new car through them. Same thing - nothing but problems with it. When i met with the GM and Service Manager they told me they would meet me in the middle and help us to get into a more reliable vehicle. Their offer was complete nonsense and they once again took advantage of my wife and I, who were faced with very few options and a 3.5 year old broken, worthless car. But hey, they made their money on the trade in of our car and the sale of another one, so what do they care? They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will offer you a solution that only benefits them. I know most people think that the car sales industry is "like this". That's absolutely not true. You can run a good, fair business and still make money. Keeler and their entire staff runs on deception and saying whatever they have to in order to "get the deal". Anyone associated with this company should be ashamed of themself. Buyer beware. The only way you are leaving that lot with a car is if they are screwing you over.

Bought my first car from Keeler Mercedes two days ago. The buying experience was seamless, and my sales Rep. Jason Terrence was able to get me a test drive in the vehicle I was interested in within minutes. He was an expert on the features of the car and Mercedes as a brand, including their industry leading patents and safety features. Jason was also able to answer every question I had about the vehicle and overall I was incredibly happy with my experience at Keeler. I'm looking forward to picking up my first Mercedes tomorrow!

Ive worked in auto body and auto glass shops. I have to say, the collision center here has produced some of the finest auto body work I have ever seen. And I am VERY particular.
My wife's BMW was hit on 2 separate occasions, once in the rear and once in the front. Upon completion of the work, the panels lined up perfectly, were evenly spaced, there was no overspray, the paint itself was flawless, and the cal was perfectly cleaned. I dont know who did the work but it was top notch.

I brought my 2016 Mercedes CLA 250 4Matic in to The Mercedes-Benz Center at Keeler Motors service department THREE times for an abnormal noise that can only be reproduce with specific conditions and they were not able to fix it.

The first time I brought it in (15AUG17), I did not have any recordings of the actual noise because I thought it was a one time thing. I did give the Service Adviser, Joseph Palumbo, the specific conditions to reproduce the noise. After they took a look at my car and could not find anything wrong with it, they said nothing was wrong with the car.

Then a few days later, the noise re-occured. I decided to get video recording of the noise and how to reproduce it from two different points of views (driver's point of view and bystander point of view). When I brought the car in this time (08SEP17), I provided the Joseph with the video recordings. He initially thought it was a heat shield problem, and, lo and behold, the technicians were actually able to find a sheered bolt in my heat shield. However, they were not able to reproduce the noise. Their logic was that if they can't reproduce the noise, it automatically means that nothing is wrong with the car and they can't be bothered to try it again.

I brought the car home thinking everything was good and the very next day, the EXACT same noise occured again. At this point, I was mildly upset because they only try to reproduce the problem once every time I bring the car in and I keep having to bring the car in over and over again for the same issue (I live half an hour away from this dealer, which is the only available Benz dealer in the region). This third time (18SEP17), I brought it in and Joseph was very impatient with me and gave me attitude. I kept insisting that it was an engine or transmission issue because of the nature of the problem but he kept saying I don't know what I am talking about and reluctantly took my car to check once again. I even asked if they could just open my transmission or engine block to investigate the problem rather than try to reproduce it, but he was saying there is no reason because if they can't reproduce it, there is nothing wrong. After handing them the keys, I turned on the Travel Zones setting on my Mercedes Me app to track whether they actually were taking my car out to try to reproduce the noise and of the 10ish days I left the car there, they tried it once. Ten days to try once and then they told me they couldn't reproduce the noise and that nothing was wrong. At this point, I was furious and decided there is no reason to bring the car in a fourth time.

Now, a little more than a month later (28OCT17), I bring my car into Carriage House of New London, gave the Service Adviser, Jason Pierce, the exact situation and guess what happens? They were able to find out it was a transmission problem, as I had originally thought.

The accumulation of the three unfruitful visits and another dealership finding the problem in one visit just goes to show how unreliable the service at The Mercedes-Benz Center at Keeler Motors is. The service adviser, Joe, was easy to anger, impatient, and rude and the service department performed only the bare minimum. I can not speak for the sales and parts department, but the service department here is, from my experience, terrible.

Gave it a couple days thought and called him back to buy it. All the paperwork was done overnight. When I came in to pick the Rover up he turned me over to the Nick s who also a pleasure to work with. Great place with great people.

Our experience at this dealership has been excelle...

Our experience at this dealership has been excellent in buying a new car in September 2018 and subsequently getting it serviced. We found this to be much better than another one (highly rated incidentally and quite fancy) about 30 miles to its north. We were deciding between buying a 2018 or 2019 Odyssey minivan and a 2018 or 2019 Accord and wanted to test drive both after having done some research online. In that other dealership we were told that they only had 2019 models and there was little or no discount on these since they were very new and in high demand. Dissatisfied, we visited Keeler Honda after calling them and being assured they'd give us very good discounts. They kept their promise.
Our salesman Tom was gracious, helpful and not at all pushy as we test drove two models of the Odyssey and the Accord Hybrid. They didn't play games with the prices either, giving us the lowest one in the range mentioned in online sites and quoted to us by other dealerships. Without need to bargain we ended buying a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid and were very pleased with the smooth buying process, lack of any unpleasant surprises and good follow up.
Then in April 2019 we had our first service. Again, they were very attentive and took care of a recall and other needs on their own, did work quickly while I waited and their service price was very reasonable. Their dealership is nothing very fancy but we found them to be straightforward, pleasant, efficient and (above all for value seekers like us) well priced. We've got all we expected and more.

My husband, me and our two children, ages 6 and 7 ...

My husband, me and our two children, ages 6 and 7 were traveling on the Taconic at night on our way upstate to our weekend home in late October, 2017 when we hit a deer, head-on. The whole front end of our car was destroyed. We live in NYC, but the nearest BMW collision center is Keeler in Latham/Albany. Our car was in the shop for more than a month and then we got a call in December that it was complete and we could pick it up. When we picked up the car, we were assured everything was tested and working and that it went through the proper inspections.

Through several snow and rain storms in December through January our windshield washer fluid didn't work. We chalked it up to being frozen (even though we bought the type that shouldn't freeze). There were a few other glitches with the annoying audible alerts having to do with parking obstacles (or so we thought) that we chalked up to snow blocking something or building up on a sensor and the air conditioner or blower was not working.

In February, the "Drive Train Malfunction" light went on (we were again on the Taconic). I googled what that meant since it's not in the car's user manual -- and it is a serious issue. We brought the car to the nearest BMW service center (Pittsfield, MA). They inspected the vehicle and told us that the entire under-shield of the car was missing.....the mechanic told us it appeared that whomever put our car back together forgot to reconnect the windshield washer fluid pump and to install the piece that shields the underside of the car from debris getting into it when driving. (Now we knew why the issues mentioned in the paragraph above occurred).

I called Keeler to tell them about this. They asked me which weekday I could bring the car to Albany (150 miles from our home) as the collision center is closed on weekends. I explained that we only went upstate on weekends and that would be impossible. They offered to pick up the car in NYC and return it to us, but we did not want to put an extra 300 miles on our leased vehicle (with a mileage cap), so we called the New York City BMW dealership who told us to bring the car to them, they would fix it at no cost to us, and that they would deal with Keeler.

When I called Keeler to discuss having the car fixed near our home , my "customer service liaison" said "but we have the part here." I asked if it was the one they forgot to put back on our car in December and she then told me that IT HAD BEEN ON BACK ORDER. All along, we thought that Keeler was unaware that the part was missing from our car. To find out that they knew about it all along made me IRATE. We are lucky we weren't in a serious accident and killed because of their incompetence! I asked Why didn't they tell us our car was missing a part when we picked it up? Why did they let us take the car ? Why did they tell us it was fixed? And, after the fact, why weren't we called when the part came in? She said "I'm going to transfer you to my supervisor now".

Upon speaking to the supervisor/manager at Keeler, he told me that it was written clearly on the paperwork that we should have been given the option of taking the car and then bringing it back when the part arrives, or leaving it there until it was complete. While apologetic, he could offer no reason as to why this potentially life-threatening mistake happened.

Our car was finally put back together at the NYC BMW but not without issues of its own.

Service manager herb,Extremely nice I m sure he means well, I m sure also that he has to follow certain guidelines. Ran into a small problem with some mechanical work on my car, being a mechanic myself did not appreciate the runaround about why they couldn t temporarily fix something to get me on the road. One thing I find completely ridiculous with an impressive dealership as I will say they are they do not offer loaners and and or provide transportation at least not for the used car section. I m sure if I was purchasing 100,000 BMW ora $80,000 mini Cooper or $150,000 Mercedes they would have loaners and or Transportation also a foot note I purchased a used car, after all is said and done when talking to the salesman as with all used car salesman or at least most I have dealt with when s the deal is done they don t seem to have your best interest at heart then again this is the industry of used car sales buyer beware..
