'bin a Keeler Mercedes customer since 1975 - when Mercedes was located in an old building; currently the site for Honda. I buy all OEM parts at Keeler. Parts may be cheaper elsewhere but I am assured my replacement part hails from a quality controlled pool . And, yes, I get a hefty discount to boot. Parts personnel will spend the time to verify compatibility and see whether there is a design/product spec update for an improvement.

Over the years I have gotten to know the friendly heads of departments. Believe me, that helps. Service has, upon request, helped me out doing my own fixin's. Guys in Service: no less than excellent! Extraordinary, because there is no 'Mercedes' competition in the area. Shhhhh; hope nobody there hears me say this :).

We are a cult of complainers. Not fair.
My father used to say 'bite your tongue when you don't have something good to say............'.

BTW: I wish I had an interest in the outfit. Sadly, I don't.
My MB speaks for itself; closing in to 300,000 miles on the odo in 27 years of ownership.
