Strongly recommend for anybody who's looking to buy new or used cars. They have tons of selections for whatever you need. Sale and service are amazing. I have been with Keeler for years, always great experience everytime I visit. I just recently bought Mini Cooper S, best experience with sale and service I have had in years ! Thank you ! Service is good but I waited more than an hour for oil change.

Today, we have taken delivery of our S550. We travel more than 100 miles to purchase number of cars from Dominique Cadet. He is an outstanding sales person scoring exceptional service in all platforms.

Website said it was open. Drove there. Doors were locked. Wasted trip.

What a wonderful job DJ did in helping me to navigate the process of purchasing my Mercedes. DJ is honest, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was there every step of the way, and the process was seamless. Bernie was incredible as well teaching and going over all of the features of my new car. He was very patient and explained things to me in a way I could understand. What a wonderful experience I had in working with both DJ and Bernie.

I didn't buy my BMW at Keeler but based on the way that their service department has treated me and taking such wonderful care of every and any issue I've had. I'm not sure I would look at another dealer. Dan, Mike and Quincy in the service and technician areas are outstanding at what they do.

I m so glad I purchased my vehicle here! My sales person was Dj and he has to be the sweetest and most polite person ever. He communicated with me every step of the way and made the process extremely easy. Make sure you ask for Dj!! My product concierge Bernie was extremely helpful and kind. The service department is fantastic, the salesmen/women are good but the manager/negotiator for the sales team is not. The service center in any of their dealerships is an absolute pleasure. They run like a well oiled machine and are nice while doing it.

Mike has been our go to person now for decades, earning our loyalty to Keeler Mercedes. He understands and executes the very definition of customer service making the experience about ease and confidence. BMW did a great job getting the blowing air hoses fixed to make the engine light go off . plus inspection sticker. I don,t have any bad thing to say about keelers at all. in fact they did a great job.

We only had service so don't know all about the place. Make appointment and no wait. Of course it's expensive, but they do give you good service.

I called and was immediately transferred to Giorgio. I explained I had a vehicle I wanted to trade in for one of the vehicles in Keeler s showroom but that I would be coming from out of state and asked if we could take care of everything on the same day if I was to drive up. Inquired about a QX80 on Wednesday morning, had a call back from Nick about 30 min later. Set up an appointment for the next day. Came at noon and drove the car home at about 4pm. Very pleasant and easy experience. They took my QX56 as a trade, offered a fair amount, and took care of us. Thank you.

High pressure sales, and no service after the sale. Would not correct windshield wiper problem, water in the headlight, alarm system problems. Sorry I ever set foot in the place. Co-worker bought 2 new cars there- same problems: They are happy to sell the car, don't take care of issues after. If I could do less stars on rating, I would.

I recently purchased a 2016 BMW X3 from Keeler. I had to wait 7 months for one to come in with the lighting package I wanted, but it was well worth the wait!! I absolutely LOVE my "new" car. The entire experience was excellent. Nick, our salesman was awesome - so personable, patient, very low-key - and he spent a lot of time with us, which we really liked. He guided us through the purchase, keeping in touch with updates and answering questions. We got a great deal. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly - Andrew in service, Ronnie in finance, and Jordan the car "genius" who patiently walked a very technologically challenged customer through the in's and out's of this "loaded" vehicle. My son bought his BMW 3 series here - he encouraged me to get a BMW at Keeler, and introduced us to Nick. So glad I listenend to him - I highly recommend Keeler!

My first two experices with Keeler Mini left a lot to be desired. However, I had a maintenance issue that required Mini people so I went back to get some work done. Anddy and the maintenance guys worked with me over two days and got me back on the road. The waiting room is well stocked with snacks and shuttles are available for the local area. My repairs took a bit longer and I was offered a loaner car for the day. It's a dealership so it's going to cost to a bit more, but when you need specialized work done they're good to deal with.

Super friendly staff. They all work together as a great team. Every question my wife and I asked they had the answer. We worked with Adam and he made sure we understood every function of the car that we were going to purchase. Very pleased with our new Honda CR-V.

Purchased a 2008 BMW 328i used, several weeks after owning it we noticed a smell and give it to a mechanic who confirmed it needed the valve cover gasket replaced. After reading on a few chat rooms online about an extended warranty on these vehicles up to 150000 miles or 15 years whichever comes first I decided to inquire a little further with BMW of North America dim. Turns out any of the three series built between 2000 and 2010 were all built with the SULEV engine which qualified US to have the repairs done for FREE including labor! I read horror stories from other people about the dealerships they went to and dealt with giving them a hard time..... I called Keeler and braced for the worst. I was pleasantly shocked when they responded almost immediately to my voicemail and had my car in and out within 24 hours never questioned or doubted me once they simply replaced the gaskets needed replacing and sent me on my way... What would have been a $2,400 unexpected repair, was free without a fight! Latham Keeler Motor Company is extremely professional highly recommend them to anybody and everybody

Just purchased A Brand new G63 Edition1 from this Dealership. My Salesman DJ Lee is the best. He was working very hard to help find this G63 for me because this is limited production car. (it could take up to 1 year to get one if you order it now) + this is A special edition car. I am very happy with it. I would recommend this Salesman to you all. He is very nice, honest guy with full knowledge of any Mercedes model. This is staggering well serviced and detailed car when its delivered to me. Bernie , I have to say Thank you so much for showing me the car and any single feature was well explained. He is the a great product concierge! You must see him before you drive your new toy home!

If they allowed zero stars, that's how I would rate the Keeler Collision Center experience. Poor workmanship, quality and absolutely awful customer service - at the highest price point in the area. Working with them was a poor decision and the worst customer experience I've ever had.

Previously gave a 2 star review due to a terrible car detailing. Keeler offered to redo the detailing after reading my review. Second detailing was well done. Hopefully they have done some employee training and others wont need 2 tries to get a proper detailing done.

I always get the best car buying experience with Dominique Cadet from Mercedes! He was able to find the car we were looking for, even though there were none of them in NY! I'm and at the quality of customer service given to each experience. If your buying a car regardless of price as each dealership has cars affordable to all budgets. I would go to the Mercedes side and as for Dominique Cadet, he won't steer you wrong!

This is the 3rd time we have done business with the BMW portion of Keeler Motor Car, and each time it improves. We started our journey talking to Kelly Simone who complied with all of our wishes and was most gracious . She led us to Joe Marcil, who helped us select a car and was very knowledgeable about every detail. However, his knowledge of the automobile was surpassed by his great personality and sense of humor. Indeed, he made us feel most secure about our choices, and we knew we were in good hands. Then Riaz Yacob helped us finalize the deal. No one likes to spend money, but he made the process painless and
comfortable. Lastly, the" BMW Genius" Dustin Jewett explained the workings of every amenity in our new car and was most patient as we fumbled our way from gadget to gadget. He even went as far as changing his schedule so that he would be present during our consultation and followed up by several phone calls. As you can tell, our entire experience deserves high marks on the satisfaction scale.WHAT A GREAT TEAM!!!
