I haven't seen any other company that puts its Customers and Employees before anything else. I have been an admirer of Infusionsoft for 6 years and a user for 4. It has helped me grow my Businesses and Automate Processes!

Watch out for these guys...

After reaching out for some information on the product because I had heard good things, they contacted me. In typical sales rep badgering, they finally got me to agree to start with their product on some kind of promotion for new businesses. We were slow in getting things implemented as there were many different folks on the team. Over a couple months of back and forth, things never really materialized, but they continued to charge me not only for the monthly fee, but for the implementation that they never did. Kind of odd, but I went with it, thinking I would eventually get implemented.
I ended up getting really involved with another business and had to put this one on the backburner...Infusionsoft preaches self-starters and small business owners, so clearly they should understand this. Anyway, had to end up shutting this business down. I went online to cancel and instead of allowing me to cancel, I got a message saying that I couldn't cancel and that someone had to reach out to me.
Couple days passed and someone reached out, eager to keep me on board. I explained, it just wasn't possible, as the product was no longer relevant to the business. She desperately tried to save the account, offering me free months and everything else, totally missing the point that it was no longer needed. I asked for a refund on the implementation to which she said she'd ask her manager. She came back and said that not only would I not be issued a refund for the implementation that they NEVER did, but that she was going to charge me a cancellation fee. So no services rendered, many months of payments, an implementation fee that was never completed and a cancellation fee on top! All because my business and needs changed. For a company that prides themselves in the entrepreneurial spirit, this is far from accommodating.
Sometimes businesses need to think bigger picture...could you try to squeeze another couple hundred out of a business owner, sure, you could. But ultimately, are you better off just doing the right thing by the customer and moving on to the next one...absolutely. No bigger picture thinking over there, this company just won't make it. They have a good product, but their customer service is just awful. Run and hide from Infusionsoft, they're just out to make a couple bucks off you and not out for your interests.

Infusionsoft is all about hype. They are great at making you feel like this product will boost production but they don't tell you that you need to hire full time staff to learn the software and it features. We were with Infusionsoft for almost 10 years and looking back it was a mistake. Very overpriced for what we used. Many other companies are less expensive and easier to work with. Their customer service is lousy and management couldn't care less about your issues. When we tried to cancel they forced use to pay another month even as a loyal 10 year customer. Very disappointed in the way we were treated and would never join Infusionsoft in the future. Consider the huge time investment in this software before you sign up and don't give them your credit card number.

I called 11/15/2015 to cancel our account, I have sent several emails and have been told several times that Wes Wittaker is handling our account yet I have not heard anything from him. No call, no email, nothing! I have sent several emails with no response. You are quick to take money but not quick to cancel accounts and give it back. Your customer service is horrible and lets us know we made the right decision in cancelling our account!

I tried the "demo" which is in fact not a demo at all...it's a sales call with a representative that tells you everything you want to hear...

Next, they ask you for a credit card to pay for the 1st month.

Then they upsell you on the coaching for $1500.

And finally once they swipe your credit card you get access to the "demo" and software...

Once I actually got to using it, I realized the software is a jack of all trades, but a master of none so I asked to cancel my account and get prorated for the days in didn't use...

They said it is non-refundable, so now I am out $1879 for a 14 day trial of a software program I am never going to use...

You say you built the software for small businesses, but all you do is prey on them with your predatory sales tactics and bogus refund policies...

A legitimate business that cares about and respects small businesses would offer a free demo first of all, and secondly refund money to busineses that did and will not use their service.

Where do I start? I first signed up with Keap to have one software to handle my marketing and business needs. I specifically asked if Keap included a formbuilder so I could collect detailed customer info and have them pay for the event immediately with a credit card - later finding out that that feature only exists which their Infusionsoft e-commerce suite and would cost extra while not being directly linked with the Keap system; so much for the singular software idea. After some conversation, it seemed I would be part of a Beta test of that feature but was turned down because my business didn't meet the criteria they were looking for. Read that again: The feature I specifically asked for; the reason I signed up and paid, was not available to me though it was available to others because they fit the pigeon-hole of what Keap wanted to gather metrics on.

Since that time, Keap software has been super buggy and I haven't been able to access my dashboard in well over a week. I've contacted tech support twice about this issue and all I get in response is that it has been escalated - meanwhile, I can't invoice ready-to-pay clients and my Google calendar isn't connected (I changed my google password and can't connect Keap since I can't get to my dashboard) and am forced to manually check my email daily to make sure no new appointments are being missed.

I've also reached out to the Customer Success manager via email and she has not responded (it's been a week). This appears to be business as usual. Every time I have reached out (we're talking a dozen) I have been promised whole-heartedly that they will get back to me as soon as possible, and it rarely even comes to fruition. So here I sit, with a $99/mo package I can't use and not a soul at Keap has contacted me. Next step - cancelation with an attorney on the line if they try to force me to pay for a product I can't use.

This software is horrible and the service is worse! After spending countless hours trying to setup their quirky software, it's still not working. I wanted and was sold a simple solution but they sold me crappy software that even their "coaching" can't get to work. Horrible, horrible, definitely save your money and TIME (lots of time), go elsewhere.

Based on representations to my IT person, in early 2016 we paid for a full year. But we quickly learned that the representations about the flexibility afforded by this software was misleading. We asked for a partial refund but Infustionsoft refused, blaming us for not having initially asked the correct questions. Then, ti add insult to injury, about a month or so ago, Infusionsoft charged our credit card for $257 without authorization. and upon contacting them, admitted that the charge was wrong and our credit card would be credited for such amount. Nonetheless, to date the credit has never shown up, and Infusionsoft just told us that it can't do anything about it.

Dreadful experience. Really was hoping it would have worked, but it lacked core Gmail functions. What made it worse it took 2 weeks to cancel, support and customer service were awful. There were a few nice interactions, but overall most were unable to help or were unprepared. I won't be going back.

Came here for an Agile Conference. They have a great facility and it was decently organized. Lunch was included and there was almost no considerations for any dietary requirements. I can't eat lactose and everything had cheese on it. No real fault of Infusionsoft, but this was my experience. They had plenty of parking and it was very clean.

I TRIED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I FELT I WAS GIVEN MISLEADING INFORMATION TO SIGN UP. THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME ALMOST $700.00 TO CANCEL. I GUESS IM STUCK WITH THEM TILL THE CONTRACT IS OVER. I'll start by saying that most folks don't usually write reviews unless they are dissatisfied. I am an employee and have been for 4.5 years. I have had a long career thus far, but I will be here as long as possible because even after all this time, and all the changes, this company still works from the foundation of customer care and support. The culture within these walls is like nothing I've experienced and likely will not again. I am proud to be an Infusionite.

I have had the program for years. Cost tens of thousands and there is no way to take anything out of the program that you built if you want to leave. No way to save it in case you want to return in a year or 2. Very confusing to use. Would never recommend anyone to use this system for CRM. There are way better, easier, more cost effective systems out there for businesses.

Horrible. I'm a new agency looking for a CRM. I signed up for a demo, they called me and we went through my needs, they gave me a good deal. I then started using the software and right away could tell that there was some things in there that were missing that I needed and ultimately determined that it was not going to work for me. I requested a cancellation, which by the way you have to request to speak to someone. I finally phoned in and talked to a rep and they won't even give me a refund. I literally signed up Jan 31st and I didn't even make as much as a form for my website. So if you are searching for software and need to find out what's best? DO NOT do the demo, make sure you do a free trial first. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND! I will never recommend this company. ever.

This company has integrity, which is what matters when you are choosing to invest in a software platform you will use in your business. I HIGHLY recommend working with infusionsoft. I have never been treated well by so many people in a consistent way and it seems that the big explanation and message I always get is "how can we help your business grow and succeed." Its not always in those words, but its the message I always get.

Our experience has been very challenging. Thanks to InfusionSoft, we are now able to send automatic messages to our customers when they purchase a product. Unfortunately, our customers also have received receipts for past purchases that looked like possible identity theft, and have had their cards automatically charged multiple times for the same product based on a setting checked (or not checked) in a campaign or the system by IFS staff. We have also had multiple consultants not respond to our email questions, and were charged by IFS when they said they would remove a charge. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I would definitely not choose this product for our organization if I could go back and do it again.

I'm a champion of this software - and development still continues. As an Infusionsoft Certified Partner based in Toronto, I recommend it to many of my Canadian clients who need a CRM solution and/or marketing automation. They work very hard on creating a great culture, so their head office makes quite an impression! The founders have achieved something very impressive with this company.

Very slow support for agencies like Aqaba Technologies. Lacks noteworthy experience. Extremely non-intuitive to operate compared to similar Saas solutions. A neat system in conversation but when applied is not as easy. The catch is that once you figure this out after spending several thousand dollars, you are asked to pay for continued education with a preferred vendor.

We are a mid sized organization and it's till took us months to apply our own campaign. We decided to scrap Infusionsoft by that time as it is quite the resource hog. Great for pure Infusionsoft based agencies but not for a full service agency. There are much better options to consider as we have found.

Make sure you have a great understanding when performing your demo with a rep if you are considering this service. Request a full demo from cradle to grave so you can see what is entailed and if you are capable of supporting such a service. Your Agency service fees need to reflect your time and effort which could price you out of an opportunity.

In closing, I hope Infusionsoft goes more the route of drag and drop interface with a graphic sales funnel and CRM. Such an advanced system should have more intuitive navigation and operation user interface. Another upgrade to consider would be to integrate with Quickbooks for generating invoices synchronously, credit card as a method of payment seamlessly within the application. We would reconsider this service once they improve the overall agency user experience. No regrets otherwise.

Our coach Ernest Saco has been amazing. Extremely knowledgeable of the product and the sales process. His level of support has been an unexpected bonus. I don't know if everyone there knows as much and communicates as well. If not, clone him ASAP and promote the clones.

I hated on Infusionsoft when I first began using it; then I ended up using competing products and came running back. There is a definite learning curve, but this is undoubtably the most powerful platform of this type out there. It's also one of the best integrations we have with Shopify!

Horrible experience. I had multiple accounts with Infusionsoft. When I cancelled just one of the accounts I was harassed repeated and offered the same exact service at half the cost in an attempt to keep the account active. Apparently all you have to do is let them know you are going to leave them to get a rate reduction. Infusionsoft could have offered it to me for $1 and I still would have cancelled. The way they treated me was so unprofessional that I decided to cancel my other accounts as well. I got an email showing that I had a zero balance but today, months later, I received a letter from a collection agency. Do yourself a favor and choose another company that understands that you don't retain clients by trying to bully them.

Partnering with Keap has been the best business decision I have ever made! Having a small business and being a one person show has its struggles. Keap is always there to help me and not only the software the people. With Keap I have a well informed, kind, helpful and insightful cheerleaders for teammates!! Avoid this at all costs. It is a complete sham. Honestly, this is a top 5 worst business experience since my career started with the industry Im in over 15 years ago. From their condescending coaches, to the hiccups within the actual software to the inability for Infusion/Keap to display user sales stats, sales details- or to import properly with QB. Its all a mess. Save your money!

Took my kids to the AZ Coding Challenge here today. They spent 12 hours with the staff here teaching them to code and competing against other kids for incredible prizes. They fed the kids breakfast lunch and dinner and gave them an incredible experience that will last forever. Thank to the whole team at Infusionsoft that helped out today. Their sales approach was extremely misleading and built the impression that the software was simple to learn and use. They did not disclose the amount of time required to learn the software system and their coaching is very inadequate. Be prepared to do your own research / youtube-university on how to build the system you need for your business. In my business, there simply was not enough time to learn the system in order to put it into practice.

0/10 for customer service. In June I called to cancel my subscription, the customer service representative confirmed over the phone that the subscription has been cancelled but since my account was pre-paid that it would continue until the pre-paid time expired. Well, the account was not cancelled and they are refusing to refund the 2 months subscribed that I had asked to be cancelled. Also, be prepared to be sent a bajillion emails and if you don't read all of them you may miss the one that states that the account is set to "auto renew."

We paid over $1,600 to get started with this software, the salesman assured us that their software would be able to handle all we told him we needed it to do to run our service business. Once we actually started implementing the system, it was obvious that we were misled. One of the managers even admitted as much in an e-mail, but they refused to refund our money. So at this point be basically wasted $1,600 on a software that can't meet our needs. Now their solution is to purchase 3rd party add-ons and use google calendar for scheduling, really?!
