Operation is not helpful or friendly even rather rude.
Food tasted nice, the bread was just hard!

I do not often come in Asian toko's but this perfectly met expectations, Nice and clammy and warm inside and products that the local super does not have. Delicious

A children's menu with fries but without ketchup ... If I kindly ask about it, the waiter says it's too late. "You should have ordered ketchup with it" My son could eat the fries like that. Honestly, never experienced ...

We have been here several times to have breakfast or in the afternoon for a drink. But also for an evening meal, we can always find something tasty on the menu. There is a very friendly staff here, so we'll be happy to come back for that.

A nice cafe/restaurant in a side street of Ruben's House. The service is bit derpy, but maybe it was just one of these days.

Whatever it is ... I think it's terrible that even customers have to pay 50 cents for the toilet.

Today for Mother's Day together with the daughter had breakfast here with a social deal voucher. Reception and service could not be better, 1 for 1 very friendly servers, the breakfast was fine in itself, however, there was barely 3 small pieces of baguette and 1 croissant for the wide range of fillings. This is a bit disappointing if you have a healthy appetite, the Lait Russe was great again.
It is a pity that we as a customer had to pay for the toilet, then I expect that the toilet will be cleaned at least after every visit.

A restaurant coffee place next to Ruben s House. I had a tomato soup with (beef) meat balls and a drink. The size of the soup is small for the price but it was really delicious. I had a table at the window over looking the garden of the Ruben s house which was nice despite the grey, winter weather. The gentlemen who served us was extremely funny and friendly which was nice. Place was busy with lots of guests.
Only issue i did not understand is that you have to pay even as a guest ar the restaurant to pay for the toilette. One can pay cash or with credit card.

Very bad that you can only sit on the terrace, if you eat too !!!
I would have loved to sit with you in the past, but that will not happen now.

Friendly service. But it is outrageous that toilets are charged. This is a basic need for everyone, why should a customer of the restaurant pay ??!

A very nice interior with literally different levels.
The staff are quite friendly and made an effort to get our family of 7 seated at one table by putting a few tables together.
The pancakes and ice creams we ate there were quite tasty.
The coffee was also of a reasonable quality and taste.
However, given the quiet moment and the simplicity of the order, we had to wait a little too long.
Small tip to the employees:
If you bring the coffee, make sure you do not spill it, the (not individually wrapped) cookie does not like to get (hot) drinks over it.
I think one very big disadvantage is that you have to pay for the plumbing, even as a customer. I cannot qualify this as customer-friendly and therefore without a doubt costs a star. Paying customers should be able to meet their needs at no additional cost.
And especially if there is not even someone to check the plumbing after every use and if necessary to remove impurities, I find this completely unheard of.
I hope that something can be done about this in the future.

Bistro with table service. Keep in mind that also for paying visitors there is a 1,- toilet fee.

Friendly waiters, who speak different languages as befits in the center.

Really nice restaurant with very good, nice and quick service. Beer and wine was delicious, food tasted very good.
We had a good table in the gallery.

We have been Saturday 27/09/14 to say wait staff was prefect.
Food nicely served and very tasty.
And although we were 7 people, the people did their best to get us all together on their beautiful terrace.
They give me 9 out of 10

The staff is very cheeky and rude. The service is poor, we had several dirty glasses and got the wrong order twice and a big mouth behind it in such a way that other customers looked at it. You will never see me here again and I will certainly not recommend it to anyone.

Very bad service! It really took a very long time before we could finally order something and once the waiter came to the table it had to be done quickly and he was gone again. When we asked the bill, he asked me very derogatory "natural beauty what you want". Not a way to talk to your guests? The food was fine but honestly I have never experienced such bad service. Sin!!!

2 scanty sandwiches, 1 bouncer, 1 portion of mini pancakes minimum number and for the main price, all not in proportion to the price (55 euros) and then still have to pay for toilet visits !!! what a decline. So never come here again!

We went for a quick bite in the afternoon (croque'skes), it was tasty and friendly staff. The big downside for which I will no longer come to this store is that the plumbing was affordable, even for customers !!!

Today a nice drink ... a big compliment for the whole team because working all the time with a mouth mask is not a gift .. Extra mention for the cool waiter with black t-shirt and ditto mouth mask ... so symphatic and keep the courage in it .... chap dude !!

The site is very crowded, we were lucky and immediately a table was emptied on the top floor. It cost a lot to find us a letter in English, and it was pretty bad, but for the rest it was fine.

Operation is horribly unpleasant and strangely racist. Me and a friend would sit in but they stopped him on the way. They looked at him in surprise and asked where he was going. I then asked what was going on, but then they only acted as if it were the drinks and asked what we wanted. Then we nag and we were suddenly not allowed to sit anywhere. Then we just left. This kind of racist unpleasant people deserve a -5

Certainly not worth it! I ordered a sandwich and instead received a pistolet with a little cheese and ham, which is certainly not worth 7.50!

Very unfriendly boss! Want to take a seat because we change tables and make a fuss of zen ears! Can be said in a friendly way! Friendly service at the table.

Here you can eat well and tasty. Unfortunately very annoying that my wife could not order a children's portion because she has a stomach reduction. So throw away a normal portion and half. Poor service, keep this in mind.
Furthermore, good food and well served.

Fast and friendly service, even though the place was packed. Food was good but nothing spectacular.

Cozy on girlfriends weekend, we thought it would be nice to have lunch here. We were warmly welcomed by a waiter chewing gum with open mouth. This was already surprising. But when 3 things went wrong with the drinks and with the inclusion of the dishes even more (which was corrected) we were very surprised. When, after all, we also had to pay 50 cents per person for the toilets, we burst out laughing. The bill, on the other hand, was no laughing matter. For what we received, the price we had to pay was really out of proportion. In summary, we will not be back.

Don't even bother coming out while there were several people outside

I never complain, this is actually the first time I complain about a case on Facebook because I have worked in the hospitality industry myself! But what happened yesterday everything succeeds !!! At 2 p.m. I enter the store to have a quick drink because my 4-week-old baby had to eat. I get the answer that it's just lunch. I said I understood but my baby really had to eat and we would be fast. Then I get a nice answer: "if I have to let in every woman who has to feed her baby, I will soon be bankrupt" !! We were allowed to sit on the terrace where it was 0 degrees.
Never been treated so badly as there !! In my years of hospitality I have never treated anyone so badly as they did yesterday with me !!!!!!!

Fantastic location in the center where we were welcomed as a large group with open arms.
We had arranged a menu with the chef in advance, and all our guests really enjoyed it.
Thank you to staff who went out of their way with a smile to help us !!

The greatest thing about this restaurant was the service, or the waiter who served us. He also spoke good German, which we found very good and advised us very well. However, the food was not a hit, which was very disappointing. The drinks came very quickly.
