Service was easy on the eyes, but a little slow, they could have use one more bar tender, but I understand, all about being understaffed, & there wasn't a seat in the house, so I dig it! Food was great , prices too! I love the prices of my Stella! Al in all the place was a hit !

The bartender literally was begging for a tip at the end even though I did. She said "was the service not good enough?" And I did tip her. I literally could not believe it. It's not like I make a lot to begin with I mke minimum wage as well with NO tips. Sorry I couldn't really afford to pay her a fortune. Really disappointed in my first bar in queen anne
Best bar in town. Cheap drinks, interesting people & great ownership. If you want another cookie cutter bar, don't come here. If you want to socialize & meet people from all walks, then come here.
This place has always been great, until yesterday. I got tacos, and there wAs a different person in the back. My friend and I were worried that we had food poisoning because our stomaches were cramping, bloated and super tender. I was concerned that I would have to call out of work, but it passed. The dudes cook amazing tacos during happy hour on Thursdays, dont know who the other person was on Tuesday.
There are few pieces left of the Seattle I fell in love with years ago. Despite the Streamline's move to Jabu's old spot, it maintained its vibe. I hope it sticks around for a long time to come
I goto Streamline every Thursday night for their $1 tacos!! They are fat and delicious, and I am always feeling sleepy and happy when Im done chowing down a basket full. The vibe is merry, and patrons are chatty, often striking up conversation with me while we wait in line.
One of the last hold out Seattle style Taverns, though now service booze and food. Which may no longer make it a Tavern by the old definition...but glad it's still going and the floor is still black and red vinyl tiles.
Looked like it was worth 2 stars at first glance but lots of details say it's a well maintained intentionally divey bar. I kind of love it for the divey not so crowded atmosphere.
Interesting locals bar with outdoor area, bar and table seating, free peanuts, good atmosphere, and good drinks. Bonus points for being open when so many others were closed during the "snowmegedean"! LOL
Great dive bar, amazing bartender full of energy and laughter. Great beer though there really was no menu and the food is served later in the day which was disappointing. They have cool little games like chess, jenga and others. The walls are covered in writing and there are these cool Christmas lights up. Really fun place to hang and have a drink.
Popular bar good friends good neighbours good deal , 2 pinball game , heater , beer cider wines boozes etc .. outside porch shed smoke cigs, have kitchen eat tacos tots etc .. alot of seats tables pooltables puzzles game , watch tv , alike home party
I don't know what the rest of Seattle has for bars, but I enjoyed this one. A little cramped, yes, but if you just want some reasonably priced food, great beer selection, and a pool game, this place is the one.
The streamline is a good thing to do a lot of things go good here. It's the kind of bar that you know you can have a good time with your friends at. It's definitely a good idea to have a couple of drinks and get to know each other better here.
My first visit here. Was just driving by and just had to go in and see this place! Way Cool, two story, older home, turned Tavern, so fun! I don't know why so many reviewers call it a dive bar!? My definition of a dive is not this place. Dark lighting, yes but it is clean and yes it is older style but that is what makes this place so charming! If you smoke (like I do), I love places like this that have a nice section set up for us! My bartender is friendly and I even met the owner, nice guy (writing the review while here). I missed Happy Hour but they have a good one apparently, every day from 4-7 and while I don't need an excuse to come back... I figure that is a good reason, maybe I will see you there. Hope so, if you are just visiting Seattle, come check out a unique Seattle haunt. If you are a Seattlelite and haven't been here yet, oh come and check this place out, you will be glad you did. And I have to say it, I love a good IPA but let's face it, drinking one out can be expensive. Well, not here, wasn't happy hour and I only paid 5 bucks for a full pint of IPA!!! Cheers!
Update: yep, had to Google definition of, "Dive Bar." Why go off my definition... Webster: plunge head first into water or steep decent by bird or aircraft. Uh ok not applicable. Urban dictionary: serving a simple selection of drinks to a regular clientele. Yep I can concur with that one. A dive bar, also according to an urban definition, can be described as... Anything from a comfortable but basic neighboring pub to the nastiestiest swill-swinging hole. A place where one would not want to admit they have been and would burn their clothing after being there. Ok, so that is what I call a dive bar, a nasty place to be. Well, this is definitely not nasty or even close to that definition. Nor was their clientele or their staff! So don't be discouraged by the dive bar comments. Obviously they call it that simply due to the older style, antiquity and darker lighting of the place. But... Why just take my written word of it, you could check it out for yourself, really, I loved this place and plan to go back. Oh and for fun, Google, "Dive Bar," as I only listed a few of the urban definitions. Was LMAO about some of them. Like I previously stated, they DO NOT apply to this place but oh, so funny!
Easy place to hang. Nice tap list, nice pours, peanuts satisfy, and the pool table is a great plus. Don't forget to check out the artwork, mostly by owner Mary. Enjoy!
What can I say? Cheap cold beer. Craft taps for the new. Cocktails for every taste. Dont mind dogs? They dont see to mind one bit. You can even buy the dogs of Streamline Tavern 2019 calander profits go to charity. It feels like a dive bar but it's way more than that. When its busy which it is at night. Place keeps with the pace. Fantastic service and always a warm atmosphere
Great place, wide beer selection, smart and strange conversations. Not for the uptight and whiny types. One of the few remaining "only in Seattle" places that set the city apart.
The best parts of a dive bar without being dirty or dingy. Great bartenders, cheap drinks, great decor, pool tables and darts available in the back, not too crowded on Friday evening.
The bartender was extremely rude.. she told my friend to look at the list behind her and figure it the f out! Other than that I liked the sitting area and the atmosphere. Dont know if I'll ever go back though.
Went to this joint on new years eve/night. Of course my friends wanted to be at all the big huge popular bars. We said no way, and walked over to this place. Got right in, 5 minutes tops to wait for a drink. The other place they wouldn't even serve us for 25 minutes, and so we went here. This place has fast service, home vibes, free peanuts at the bar. Best part drinks are poured heavy. Thumbs up!
If you are looking for pub food you will not find it here. If you are looking for a neighborhood bar where pale ales, pilsners, lagers, and long beards are part of the rites of passage (then welcome). There's a smell in the air I can't quite place and I think Deliverance is playing in the back room; but the folk here are true, kind to each other, and familiar. Come on down and stay a while. We promise you'll just love how down home we are 8-).. I really do wonder what that funky smell is though.
