Personally I find that 1HP, 2NewStreet & St Mary's are much better

Fairly poor, I contacted the Chambers a year ago, the matter was referred to a Barrister it was checked over prior, a schedule of costs arrival to be paid prior to a meeting, I attended I was advised that I would have a secondary meeting, although pre checked I was then advised I t was partially a solicitors matter, I could have been adv this prior rather than just pay and have a round trip journey, whilst awaiting the meeting I read a legal magazine at my amazement I read the Chambers apparently was almost closed down a couple of years prior, this caused me concerns, although I saw the illustrious list of people associated with them inc A Soubrey, no secondary meeting took place etc, I had a part refund of costs for a hearing that couldn't go ahead due to the none corrected statement from my initial meeting, any how I'm challenging the 720 costs for just over an hour, and one statement, I found the experience poor I certainly wouldn't attempt to use the Chambers again if I was in such a boat, I went on what I saw and read on the net but as I said the editorial in the legal magazine made me very cautious infact on that I would have walked away but I had pre paid and the meeting was in half an hour,it would have been better to donate the money to the homeless, or if I was in the position set a match to it,

Claire Garton is a brilliant Barrister.

I was in a position where I was being accused of all sorts of untrue accusations and the ex restricting me access to my children despite her abusive nature towards them, leaving my 6 and 3 year old daughters unattended for hours, shouting and screaming at them, letting them fend for themselves, collecting the children from school and driving whilst consuming alcohol.

My job means I work away for 2 week rotations which makes it very difficult to set up child arrangements plan with the ex, "because supposibly she cant get a full time job despite there being thousands of full-time flexi-hour roles out there and sleeping all day in bed". Claire managed to get me an equal shared care order that worked around my job. I had been struggling for over a year representing myself then Claire did it in one day. I cant thank this woman enough.

There is also additional orders in place preventing the ex consuming alcohol whilst caring and driving with the children. Some relief desperately needed to say. I just hope she sticks to it.

I highly recommend Claire Garton, a job well done, money well spent. Thank you :-)

Very discourteous and arrogant. They took all my paperwork and sat on them for days. I had to follow up for response, only to be told they could not take my case. No decent explanation or even a an apology. I do not recommend this place. I ve given them one star, because the review system would not allow zero star.

Dont know much about the place, just working on a refurb oposite
