This place suffers from unintelligent and uncooperative management, particularly Unique. For an establishment that was built for the students they have very little care for your needs and education. Save yourself some money, get an apartment, eat decent food, and avoid their hassle on finals week.

University Village is the place to be! Nice sized rooms for each individual. Nice kitchen and living area as well. Not to mention how great the living community is. There is always an activity going on and many great ways to meet new people! Walk across the street for a short 5 minute ride to campus for class. Great place to live!

Really nice new modern housing with quite a few different floor plans and room choices! The is really nice and it's it's right under the Wasatch mountain range! The grounds are really nice with a fire pit, BBQ pits, and volleyball court. They have an on-site cafeteria with some great food choices! It's a short walk to the football stadium and to classes! Really nice " live on campus" student housing!

Pricey compared to alternatives in the area for students but you get what you pay for. It's like getting a gym membership, as long as you take advantage of what you're paying for it's well worth the cost.

First off, this student housing is absolutely terrible. The RA's always have sleepovers with people of the opposite gender. The campus smells like Marijuana all the time. It is heavily smoked throughout. It's not a very safe campus either. People are creeps. The biggest issue with this place is the management. My girlfriend had a bunch of stuff sitting in the hallway and spare room which was vacant all semester. Well one day she came home and this stuff was missing. She emailed the head of the campus (Sean Rivera) and he was very unhelpful with this situation. She later found out in an email that this particular custodian threw away half of her stuff and kept the other half. All of her stuff was in luggage bags. Not m trash bags so there was no indication of it being trash. Why this custodian kept some and not all? We have no idea why. It is seriously so frustrating that they did this to my girlfriend. She lost Jewelry, dresses, movies, and swim suits. Do not move into this student housing. It is a waste of money. Remember to avoid at all costs.

Great housing for students, and student athletes! There are always activities going on where you can get to know more people. Kitchen is nice and the dishwasher is great. The lawn isn't edged, nor are there garbage cans outside of the apartments. But overall the place is kept neat and clean.

Bad management, Bad planning of events or necessary meetings/walkthroughs . When something needs fixing better just do it yourself it might never get fixed or will months later. Small singles but super singles are spacious, I'd suggest the Wildcat village over the other one for community (I went to both) unless if you want more privacy then go to the University village. Again would honestly for the price of about 400-600 a month I would just get an apartment it would have been better.
