Been going to Kay's since I was an infant and it's never disappointed. Love the well done crust and the melty cheese. Plus they really load up the specialty pies with toppings. Thanks for another great season!!

Cute restaurant sitting right next to Burden Lake for the perfect view. They are always busy but super efficient in getting people in and out quickly. The pizza is simply delicious. It's no frills...just plain old good! Definitely try it!

No Doubt, its one of the best pizzas I ever had. Big menu with great options. The servers were nice and friendly. They have some games and boat shaped machine for kids and our servers got coins for our kids which was really a sweet gesture. Going there is quiet a travel thru country roads but totally worth. We got there pizza kit too which I cant wait to try. :-)

While this place has decent food, the establishment is heated to the point you feel like you're in an oven, service is slow, and when chicken is dropped on the floor, there is a five second rule before they can just toss it back in the fryer.

Best pizza in Capitol District area, Albany, NY. Seating is tight, room is noisy, usually very crowded and parking is a pain in the butt. Informal atmosphere. Pizza is worth the downsides. On shore of Burden Lake.

The pizza really is that good! There was quite the wait, but definitely worth it. Tight quarters in the dinning room, not very private either. I can't take away stars because the pizza is just that good.

Kay's is great! The pizza is awesome and so are the wings! Service is great too. The place is always busy but we get seated, usually within 10 minutes. Parking is pretty bad. Lot is small and most times we are walking a ways in the road. We go once or twice per year and it's worth the drive.

Kay's has seriously insufficient parking, which is why I gave it four stars, but, if you can find parking, and it's well worth the effort to try, their pizza is to die for, the best I've ever had anywhere. They also have an extensive menu of other summertime favs like steamed clams, salads, etc., all served by very efficient and friendly staff. Kay's, in Burden Lake, is a summertime institution in Rensselaer county; a definite must try.

I've been going to Kay's since I was a little kid, and my parents went here when they were kids too. Awesome pizza, beer, and video games, you can't go wrong

This is not your epicurean delight restaurant, but it's what I like. Outside dining beside the water. We had pizza abd it was delicious. Have been there before (it's over an hour's drive away) and I'll go there again given the opportunity.

This is one of the summer staples in the area. You must get pizza from Kay s every year. Atmosphere is perfect for the small town lake front pizza restaurant that all ages can enjoy. Very family friendly. A must visit.

Fun and iconic location and food. No one knows what keeps the place from imploding because it's so old, but that's half the charm. Can be long wait times for a table and tight parking, but well worth it!

This place is an institution for locals! You have to visit at least twice while they are open. Once early in the season, when you have been craving their pizza and the atmosphere of sloping floors and crowded dining space, and late in the season, so you get to enjoy the pizza when the weather is cooler, and the lack of AC is not an issue. It's really like a giant screened in porch, instead of a real restaurant, but that is part of the charm. (Full disclosure: we bought the house that the former owners of Kay's built in the 60s, so we feel a sort of special attachment to the place.) Service is always friendly and fun, and they have great steamed clams and sundaes, along with that yummy pizza!

Awesome

Yummy
