Food & place just like it was 30 years ago.
Great food & atmosphere.

If you eat inside the pizza is amazing. However take out doesnt taste a good. Can be very loud for hearing sensitive individuals.

I need to state in all fairness, this place really is special and has the best wings in the capital region... However, as goes the saying, you don't do business with people you don't like. I had a run in here with one of the rudest staff I have ever dealt with at a restaurant, in my entire life. And I've dealt with some real winners. They can keep their wings and their pizza. They certainly don't seem to need my business, that was made abundantly clear.

Food was great....service not so much.... Young staff not trained on service for repeat business because they don't have too.

Possibly the best pizza i've ever had. At the least, it would be in the top three. It's our family's seasonal pizza Mecca.

Finally stopped in tonight for the first time.
We had the Veggie Pizza which was amazing. So hard to find a decent pizza anymore. We will definitely return again.
Cars were parked for 1/4 mile up the hill to go to Kay's.

Best Pizza in upstate NY. It truly is a hidden gem. Can't wait for next season!

Delicious pizza, fast service. Very loud inside when it's busy so you have to yell across the table !! They recently extended their food menu and offer many different appetizers. Take-out is wonderful too, Pizza is very hot on pick up and by the time you get home it is still hot.

Great pizza and service. While of the beaten path, it's well worth the drive. Little bit of Americana .

This place has pizza so good you will eat until it hurts. It s a popular place and sometimes there is a big wait, but it will not disappoint. The best roadhouse pizza in the world. Don t miss out!

Would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the stinky water used to wipe down the table, which left the table literally stinking. That is a no no. Everything else, the new outdoor seating and the pizza was great.

The best pizza and always consistent. Chicken wings are great too. They are so popular you often have to wait for a table. We try to get there about 30 minutes prior to opening on weekends and have lucked out most of the time. Kay's is my favorite place for pizza!

Classic americana pizza didn't give it a five because their pizza is a bit salty for me.

It was good. Nice place on the lake. Pizza was good, NOT NYC OR LONG ISLAND GOOD, that would be asking for way too much!,,, but if you want a tasty Pizza in a nice location it's a good scene.

We just move to the area from Brooklyn to a cabin and had no idea we would find our selves in the most magical pizza spot we have ever been to. The Pizza was out of this world, the view is phenomenal and somehow the service is even better!! Will be back all the time.

I'd been hearing forever that this is the best pizza in the area and after trying it I'm hard-pressed to disagree.

Fluffy, chewy crust that gets crispy on the outsides. Liberal amounts of sauce and cheese. Pepperoni with burnt edges and juicy centers. If you're looking for NY-style pies, this ain't it, but I think it's close to perfect.

Just plan on waiting a bit if you're eating in. And know it'll be worth it.

I thought the pizza at Kay's was okay at best. It was a long wait to be served. Over half hour! The pie was small, too much crust, small slices. The cheese was good, the sauce was okay.

Not only is this the best tasting recipe I've experienced anywhere in the country, it's more than just a restaurant. Eating at Kay's Famous Pizza is an experience. The environment is different and exciting, the staff is incredible and the food is amazing. If you like crispy, thin crust, oversized, salty pizza then this is NOT the place for you. Save the rest of us the trouble and just stay home if you want a quiet, air conditioned, romantic, Italian restaurant. This place is energetic and the atmosphere is on fire!

Sooooo good ! The food was incredible staff was amazing. The view was photo worthy. The three reasons I am giving 4 stars 1. For a "medium" $11 price it was a bit small 2. Trying to walk from the car to the restaurant on a road where people (not Kay's fault) are flying was super scary. 3. The layout inside. We opened the screen door to get inside and accidentally slammed into a person because of how the tables were layed out.

I didn't see what was so special about it. It was good pizza, but I don't think it was worth the long wait and the long drive. Great atmosphere and location though, so still a good place to eat.

Best pizza in the universe. Plan ahead because they get very busy. They're closed until April
