Cosmetics department at NARS

I'm shocked, I got advice from Nars about 1 year ago. I bought a lot like Foundation, Blush, Primer and the Concealer. Back then I paid 30 euros for the concealer. At home when I unpacked I noticed that it turns out quite small, but I didn't think about it because I thought it was expensive with such a high-quality brand. Today I wanted to order the concealer online and notice that it contains 6 ml, I was sold for only 1.4 ml! So the mini version for the price of the normal size !! I'm really mad and disappointed. Unfortunately I was fooled. The next time, I prefer not to have anything blown up The seller of Nars apparently put the difference in a few pockets, I can't explain it otherwise.

A great offer. Gorgeous satin / cotton sheets in different sizes. Large selection of duvet and pillows. In both departments very nice staff. I would like to come again.

Today I was looking for various things at Kaufhof on Alexanderplatz in the home textiles department. Thanks to the competent support of Ms. Conrad, I was able to find the items quickly without having to search the entire shop. A very friendly employee, thank you very much .

All in all, very well sorted. The assortment is big and you will find everything you need. The employees are, with a few exceptions, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and always happy to help. Unfortunately a bit expensive

Very friendly seller and very good toy department. Only because of the mass of people and the product distribution that takes getting used to do you occasionally search longer for the goods or product you are looking for. But sellers always like to show where to find what.

Located at Alexanderplatz, a large five-storey shopping mall, a brand name, but the deli and wine shop department struck me very, truly remarkable. Wide selection of wines, sparkling wines and local beer. Being Italian I have to say that the Gallery is not very interesting, but it has a good bakery, good also the typical sweets.

Was looking for new Asics running shoes, my ideas were different, wanted items only in the rest of the sale, of course not in my size. Offer was much better!

Hello, I draw attention to the very bad and outdated state of the ladies' restrooms in Kaufhof Am Alex. Everywhere in the department store, it is bright, chic and clean. However, the operator has forgotten the sanitary facilities, it stinks, the toilets and vanities are outdated and neglected. These premises are not up-to-date, everywhere there is a lack of hygiene facilities, such as. in the area of the toilet are missing separate disinfectant dispensers and corresponding towels, div. Robe hooks and toilet seats are broken. The washbasins are too small and worn. Woman just wants to get out and get away quickly. Not a nice ambience, other cities and houses can really better. In addition, the cleaning staff lately holds the hand on and in the door and asks for money, really outrageous.

I always like to visit the Galeria Kaufhof. I like the food and spirits area on the ground floor. There I mainly buy products that are not available in the stores of the food discumnents, such as: Salads, special sausages and cheeses. The whole house has a pleasant atmosphere, is clean and well organized. The sellers in the different areas are competent and friendly. Throughout the house there is free Wi-Fi, which works well.

Really unfriendly seller! Asked somebody in the Hugo Boss department where we find the wellensteyn women's coats. Then the seller just waving derogatory with a hanger and said patzig somewhere down there in the corner! That's what I call a professional and competent statement !, Thank you

technically you find everything in here, and it dependd on yoyr luck, some objects are cheaper than other stores and sometimes more expensive. however it is so big that I would suggest knowing what you need rather than wondering around there. Very busy on Saturdays.
