I was in Kaufhorf on May 29th, 2018. Sports department for buying running shoes: As an absolute layman, I was perfectly advised by a very friendly and charming employee with the result: I found my perfect running shoe for the peace run one day later ... continue in the underwear department: Buying a sports bra: A dream, the saleswoman was so touching and so good in her field (since 1971 she has been selling lingerie / underwear) and that is exactly what you could feel, she knew what she was talking about and so here too; maximum success for the next day's run. Very unfriendly staff: yesterday I visited the department store with my parents and my son (2 years) and was insulted on the escalator by a lady of the house so much that I can not let that sit on me. We used the escalator with a narrow stroller and were berated by the lady who was in a hurry as antisocial because she did not pass us and had to wait a few seconds behind us. We should rather use the elevator and children and nothing to look for on the escalator. I find it an impudence as this lady has said, especially the staff should stay friendly. Even if it takes longer.

I always like to come here when I'm in Berlin. The selection is great and the atmosphere is pleasant. There is a point deduction, because in my opinion the choice in the upscale men's watch segment has waned and in the shoe sector now brands such as Floris van Bommel is waived.

I am very happy to be there, polite, nice saleswomen who (I always have the feeling) are very helpful and also amiable (like me too) with a friendly and friendly person. The service at Tax Free is awful. We had to wait 1 hour and the woman there wasn't particularly friendly either.

After a long time we were here to get a better picture of trekking backpacks and if necessary to take one with us. In the Galeria you are pleasantly not killed by music or screens, which makes the stay very pleasant. After a quick look at the information board in the entrance area, we knew where we had to go. In terms of shopping, the chaos is due to the location on the Alex. In terms of price, I wouldn't want to talk about cheap but also not too expensive. Backpacks as an example from 20 - 300 of clothing rather C&A prices, perfume rather Duglas.
Otherwise there is a lot in a lot of space. Where we are with a lot the aisles are nice and wide you can get through the braking zones (exhibitors etc) it gets tight unfortunately you didn't consider that there should be enough space for wheelchair users.
Also nice that the toilets are clean and tidy, but the disabled toilet storage room is like a star deduction. There are also adults and older children with diapers or or. They should urgently talk to the WDR about what a disabled toilet looks like on a ferry. It doesn't help that everything inside is nice and bright and then something like that is thrown at your feet, the positive thing is it was still clean. And while we're at it, hand disinfectants are now a matter of course in the toilet, especially for the disabled.
For normal people it is ok to shop there you can find everything even if you have to search for a long time the logic behind it doesn t really reveal where you can find what. Backpacks on the 4th floor toilet 2the sensible is something else.

Not every time we visited Berlin, but the last time we stayed at the Galeria Kaufhof - we prefer personal contact when shopping. The goal was to find a matching shirt at the men's outfitter. As a saleswoman, Mrs. Glase came to our aid. The advice was very friendly, professional and she had even 1-2 tips ready.
