A Purchase of Bobbi Brown is very rude. This afternoon I was there to try a product. At first, nobody was there to help and that's no problem, so I tried the product tester myself. Suddenly a businesswoman arrived and shouted "Do not touch with your finger !!!" while I have not seen any respect from the pack or anywhere on the counter that I am not allowed to try with my finger. Their way of communicating is quite rude and unfriendly. This is not a pleasant experience.

Best shop in Berlin when it comes to food. Here you can find italian and spanish hams, French beef and foie gras, lobster and fresh fish...and...a huge collection of wines and Champagne including auch rarities like Chateau Petrus, Chateau Yquem, Ornellaia, Krug Clos du Mesnil and so on.

Very busy on the weekends. However, very well sorted and so far we had only very friendly sellers.

giant maal that sells basically everything. nothing is really cheap but not specifically expensive as well. plenty of public transport access available. it is warm and dry inside and the big escalators make going up and down easy. there are some ok food options available on the top floor and there is a supermarket on the ground floor.

Even without a firm intention to buy something, I visit this department store again and again. The atmosphere in it is by the design of the sales rooms exceptionally pleasant! The staff is really friendly and genuinely concerned about the customer.

Great supermarket... Mostly for tourists though. There are certain places where goods are a way cheaper.

The Galeria Kaufhof stands on the northeastern edge of the historic center of Berlin in the middle of Alexanderplatz in the immediate vicinity of the Fountain of Friendship. Alexanderplatz S-Bahn is less than two minutes' walk away.

Since we stayed in a hotel nearby at the weekend, we took the opportunity to stroll through the Galeria on Saturday afternoon. Ultimately, it's just a department store like you know it from many other cities, but the selection is amazing and seductive.

We quickly found what we were looking for and left with a full bag.

More for tourists and something else for locals who have a slightly thicker wallet. Toys and stationery but great. The restaurant on the 5th floor has a great breakfast buffet, but the warm food is rather overpriced canteen food, which I am doing injustice to many a canteen. Better a real restaurant.
