Very unfriendly staff: yesterday I visited the department store with my parents and my son (2 years) and was insulted on the escalator by a lady of the house so much that I can not let that sit on me. We used the escalator with a narrow stroller and were berated by the lady who was in a hurry as antisocial because she did not pass us and had to wait a few seconds behind us. We should rather use the elevator and children and nothing to look for on the escalator. I find it an impudence as this lady has said, especially the staff should stay friendly. Even if it takes longer.
