Customer service is beyond compare. It s nice to feel like family when they are taking care of your toy(s). Pricing is fair, but more importantly it s the relationship, professionalism and support you gain.

I had a sound system installed here in my 17 Toyota Tundra CM. James and his crew took excellent care of me from answering all my questions in which system would be the best fit for me to install. James also wired my LED lights in my bumper and winch. Turn around time is fast and the customer service is superb!

I had gotten a quote from Audio Express to install a Kenwood stereo system with a sub woofer and amp into my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. The quote was for $2100.00. Thankfully, I got fed up with Audio Express because I had waited 2 weeks for 1 part in order to install my stereo. I was pissed and upset at them.
I had taken my truck for service at Riverview Toyota. Vince in the Service Department recommended KarTunes to me. I went over to KarTunes the next day and showed Jeff the quote I had gotten from Audio Express. He was shocked at what Audio Express was charging me for on the quote. I was charged for a subwoofer that would have not fit my truck. Audio Express was screwing me!
Jeff sat down with me and we put together a sound system that would sound awesome in my truck. Jeff even quoted a great price to put a better security system in my truck. I told him I needed a torneau cover installed on the back of my pickup bed. Jeff said he could do it. So, the bottom line is Jeff installed a awesome stereo system, alarm system and installed my pickup cover all for less than what Audio Express charged me for just a stereo system. I am a very happy and satisfied customer!
Do Not Go To Audio Express, get the job done right at KarTunes!
I was referred here by the dealer where I purchased a newer vehicle. I had called the Kartunes office a few times to talk about details and pricing on switching out a factory radio, and performing the job the day I came to the valley for my vehicle purchase.
While they were very professional on the phone, the installation experience had me leaving disappointed and feeling like I was somewhat taken.
I waited over 4 1/2 hours in the office with minimal communication of the status of the job.The same price quoted to me on the phone a couple of times changed part way through the install, when the tech came in to tell me. He also showed me, when he was finished, that my factory USB ports would no longer work due to the install. He rigged up a substitute line that I could use in my glove box, however. He said my OnStar had to be disconnected also, which was not discussed.
Driving on my way home the entire system lost power. When I got underneath and inspected I found poor wire routing that was stretched to the fuse box, via a plug-in fuse that had tabs bent and was used as an inline fuse, and was secured loosely at that.
I currently feel ripped off, but hopefully over time I will enjoy the system I have. It appears at this time they at least charged me for quality equipment. I would rate them a little higher, but not when considering the cost / increase when they had me at the facility. I should have had the price in writing first - my fault.

Cant thank these guys enough!! They helped me out when trying to install satellite radio on my girlfriends car. When I gave up they took everything I purchased, checked it all out, found out I needed software updated which they did, charged me $75.00 and it works! Thanks for the service and I will be back !

I am a veteran that has an amputed right leg, and the customer I received is mor important than the price which is very reasonable, and they also come to your home so you are not sitting reading last year's magazines. I have had multiple vehicles in to Kartunes for both audio updates and dash cams. Their professional service is top notch along with the impeccable install that they did. The custom install including custom box work for subs was very impressive. James was our rep and not only did he keep us apprised of the progress but also did a mobile install for our dash cam. When it comes to quality work with incredible service you can't go wrong. We will be going back with another vehicle soon.
Came across them years ago when they did work for a car dealership. Won't find better work and service at a good price.
I am seriously impressed with these guys. I ve had to take the car back in for two issues that weren t really their fault, but probably more my fault, and they totally took care of me. Took care of it free of charge. I am so so impressed and I can see why I was referred to them by my friend.
Very pleased with my trip here. they saved me from being robbed and overcharged by Audio Express. These guys are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I got more bang from my dollar here than the quote I got from that other place. I showed them the quote and they showed me that there were 2 instances of being charged for things that I didn't need nor would have helped accomplishing keeping my OEM controls etc.
Do yourself a favor and stop by here for you car audio needs!!!

The absolute best car audio shop I have ever seen. Jeff is truly an expert in all facets of car audio and security. They treat you more than fairly on price. If you want your car audio done right, this is the place. Beware of the $1 install at other places. Kar tunes has the correct equipment the corret staff, and their installs are right and tight. The reason Jeff has been in business for 30 plus years, is simply quality. I cannot say enough about this place. 5 star experience.
Was looking to purchase subs elsewere and have them installed here but the owner decided that they do don't do that anymore also not much of a variety of subs here only JL audio subs. Customer service was ok.
I have an old Miata that I'm slowly restoring. I went to Kartoons at the recommendation of my son who said he'd heard a lot of good about them. They put a new sound system in my little red racer in such a way that the whole thing looks as though it came from the factory just this way. They were even able to get the seat speakers to work and I thought they were beyond help. Great service, good pricing and a good bunch of guys who care about their work. Go there! Get 'er done!
