I was having trouble with past debt from deaconess and had a go around with deaconess trying to get financial aid done. After a month of deaconess saying they didn't know what happened to my stuff Sara the desk lady saved me and my family from my financial debt! Thank you!
I've been dealing with this company for a few years and they are wonderful. Always nice polite and empathetic. I've called them every month for years and have never had a bad experience and more than a few times they've made my day.
Not satisfied I was treated. I do have an outstanding debt that they had become responsible for. I spoke with them in May, we had an agreed judgement, everything has been fine. Out of 14payments since then, I've made 11, and only missed the other three due to my own forgetfulness (I even made a double payment at one point to catch up), I called and asked if they could just automatically take it off of my card so I couldn't forget and was told, "sorry you'll have to plead your case before the judge in garnishment court. Can't help you" I've never had a debt/court issue before and while I understand it is ultimately my fault for the debt and my fault for being forgetful, they have not been willing to help me at all, it's not like I have been a common problem or have had to call them, Very unsatisfied with my dealings with them.

I called them multiple times over the months to get fees I was being sued for and was never given straight information. Now they conveniently tacked on almost 2 grand in "attorney fees" that I am being charged for on top of the ridiculous medical fees I'm being charged. This should be illegal.
They took out two payments in one week and refuse to credit it back. It put me in the negatives. They are rip offs
