I had a 12am delivery , and when I went to talk to the gentleman at the receiving office , he was very rude , told me to get out of the office now they are not open yet, in a very rude way . He wouldn't even look at me . Very disrespectful

Receiving hours Monday to Friday 12am (midnight) to 9am by appointment only ,,

Nice people, plenty of room for maneuvering and a staging area to park while waiting to unload.

Always nice people. Always parking. Not to hard to back into.

I had a blow out on one of my trailer tires. I called explained why I wasn't there. They understood told me if I can get there before 9am than they would still receive my load.

Fast unloading. And there is a parking load. You can stay overnight. Safe place. Portable restroom on the corner...
The only bad thing is; there is no gas station or any store around that area. 1.5 miles a way there is a shopping mall.

Gonna be late for appt this morning
But called ahead and they will fit me in as soon as i get there!!!!

I'm usually not late,

Was able to park after getting there early for 5am appt. Staff was friendly and cordial. Backing and turning wasn't a problem......., but don't be in a position to have to take a dump. That bathroom for drivers was disgusting!!!
