If I could give negative stars on this Attorney Matt Lutz, I would. Do Not Hire This Man. He is a Liar and a Thief. I'm not sure he even has his law degree. He is a smooth talker for sure at the consultation, but after that all he and his under dressed paralegal do is prolong and postpone court dates to continuously collect money. He literally didn't even show up for court dates like he had forgotten. They charge 45$ for ONE email. Even if its them saying thank you for your sending them something they told you to send. Thats probably how they make their money because its definatly not credited to skill or intelligence. We had four court dates and are literally still at square one. He lied to us, he lied to the judge and he will lie to you. Please do not let him rob you as he did us. And one of the 5 star reviews on this page his paralegal Amy Rees posted. That tells you something!

Only because there can't be a zero! Matt is a coward and won't be a voice for you. He wants to rub shoulders with other attorneys and wear his big boy pants to work.

Matt Lutz is likely one of the best family lawyers in Evansville. I don't say that lightly as there are a lot of good (and not so good) law firms here. I went through a rather complicated divorce. Not only was he compassionate, not out to get anyone, but Matt and his firm met me where I was at with time and money. It's a rare occurrence when one can publicly endorse a law firm such as Fox & Lutz. 10/10 will use for my next divorce

They were wonderful to us, while we were going from fostering a child to a full adoption!! They worked with us, and DCS and Casa!! It was awesome going through it, because you learn so much about the system. I would recommend them to anyone
