I have always bought from that store, but never again. A year ago I bought an IPhone SE on behalf of my company and contracted the insurance they recommend. My phone broke and I sent it to be fixed with the insurance, and the service was dire. A few months ago, the screen began to fail me, I took it to an Official Apple Technical Service and they tell me that they cannot change my phone because the screen that the K-Tuin SPB insurance has given me IS NOT AN ORIGINAL PRODUCT OF APPLE YES THAT IS AN APPROVED SCREEN. So I find myself with a refurbished phone, WITHOUT ANY APPLE WARRANTY, THAT HAS INVALIDED ME THE SAME INSURANCE THAT I HAVE RECOMMENDED IN K-TUIN ... All of this a shame. The only thing K-Tuin proposed to me is that I send it to SPB again ...
