The truth is that I had my doubts because I saw some bad reviews. But in my case I give it 5 stars, since my product came in excellent condition and I got it at a good price. I loved their service, I would definitely recommend them and I will buy again soon. Thank you.

I bought an Argom power bank and it's great, they delivered it to me in perfect condition. But I give 1 star, not for the product but for a bad experience when being served by the WhatsApp channel, where I can see if I could pass the product to the Office (Shipping method selected by me) the same day I made the purchase. They told me that it would not be possible since it took 1 to 3 business days. I really dislike the person's way of answering because I understand why I was asking if it says so on the page? I explained that in the description of the product it was understood that the data was for Delivery and I was requesting a Pick Up which is not specified in the product detail and less in the Policy writing.

I bought a Logitech c930e webcam from Kemik.
From the beginning of the purchase I received good attention through your WhatsApp channel.
They fulfilled the delivery date commitment, which was a day after the purchase was made.
The product arrived packed in a sealed bag and well presented. Upon opening it, I found the product box which was clean, sealed and in perfect condition and verifying that it was the correct product requested (brand and model).
Inside the box were all its accessories and manual; the chamber had all its protective plastics. I proceeded to install it, configure it and it worked properly.
I am totally satisfied with Kemik's sales process, which reminded me of Amazon's, since email notifications arrive from the purchase indicating the status of the order (verifying purchase, purchase confirmation, shipment preparation, shipping and delivery confirmation). The payment of the article was by credit card without any inconvenience.
Two things are for sure, the first is that I will recommend Kemik and the second is that I will buy with this store again.
