I bought an Argom power bank and it's great, they delivered it to me in perfect condition. But I give 1 star, not for the product but for a bad experience when being served by the WhatsApp channel, where I can see if I could pass the product to the Office (Shipping method selected by me) the same day I made the purchase. They told me that it would not be possible since it took 1 to 3 business days. I really dislike the person's way of answering because I understand why I was asking if it says so on the page? I explained that in the description of the product it was understood that the data was for Delivery and I was requesting a Pick Up which is not specified in the product detail and less in the Policy writing.

Both in its policy and in the detail of the product it does not provide information for those who pick up their product in the Office. All they have is the following:

"Pick up in office
If you prefer to pick up your order in our office in zone 4, you must first place your order on the page and pay with a deposit or credit card. If you choose to pick up at the office, you have up to 15 days to come for your order. "

In summary, the product is very good, but the attention left me much to be desired .....
