Please be careful when sending your children here. There can be really empathetic and kind staff but there has also been extremely abusive staff. Unfortunately management is so desperate for bodies that they don t particularly care. Hear your children.
Positive Alternatives provides services for youth and families in a variety of capacities, all with a common goal of bettering their lives and brightening their futures. The staff are dedicated and work hard to make a positive impact in the community they serve.
I stayed there for 10 months and everyone (staff wise) were very friendly. I had some dips and they help me recover. I would not mind staying there again.
The staff really work with the families. Usually really punctual and courteous and accommodating.
