The red coats(men & women directories) are amazing! Every single red coat has been friendly and helpful. Their knowledge, patience and smiles are very appreciated. I have been to the clinic countless hours over the last month. I have never felt lost. Wonderful people!

I was getting trigger point injection at Cleveland...

I was getting trigger point injection at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Medical in Canton. No where near being out patient surgeries. After my 6th visit I found out I was being charged $240.00 per visit for the use of the facility since his office is in the hospital. I am sure the doctor is paying rent for his office space. Seems like double billing to me. I am now going elsewhere. Anytime I can avoid going there I will.

I was a patient back in December 2020... in their neurological institute. I was so stressed, overwhelmed and emotional... but that turned around quick. Everyone (Doctors, nurses, PCNA s, Lab, housekeeping, dietary, radiology, general surgery, PT etc.) were all so kind, patient and very comforting. I was so amazed with everyone s professionalism. They all hold a special place in my heart. Thank you!!!

I absolutely love Dr. Church and Dr. Burke! Dr. Church has been my F.A.P. specialist for a few years now, but after he retires I will be going to Dr. Burke and I met her today before she performed my scopes just to get a look for herself. Also Dr. Rose is another of my doctor's and I feel the same way about him as well. They all have the sweetest bedside manners. The doctors, nurses, and the rest of the staff at the Cleveland Clinic are the best.

I LOVE CLEVELAND CLINIC! I thank god for living in Ohio , where we have the best health care in the world . People from all over the world come and get treated here. I had the privilege of working there, I love all the nurses, doctors and especially the pharmacists. In 2015 , I had open heart surgery there, this is one of best department if not the best in the world. The entire 100,000 employees are one family. Their top notch in innovation, they are the leaders in COVID 19, if you have a medical problem do not go anywhere else

This is one the best medical facilities in the world. My parents loved the Clinic and I have doctored there for about 60 years. My wife is currently doctoring there.

You are treated well by everyone there. If an employee perceives that you may be lost in this huge institution an employee including the doctors themselves will direct you or guide you to your destination with a smile.

They have their own sworn police department so you feel safe anytime you visit their campus. Lots of gorgeous outdoor spaces and huge hallways inside so it feels like a mall with shops, restaurants and other facilities.

Very efficient scheduling. In one 7 hour day my wife had three diagnostic tests and saw four doctors. Check out the menu if you are a patient. Not your ordinary hospital food. How about that tunnel leading from the parking garage to the Miller building.

This review is based solely on my experience setting up a consultation and trying to schedule an appointment for a procedure. Here are the problems I encountered: 1) the website rejected all of my major credit cards when I tried to schedule a virtual consultation 2) I finally tried my Costco card and the site "appeared" to have accepted the card and scheduled my virtual consultation but I never received a follow up email with instructions about how to attend the appt. 3) I had to call Customer Support to see how to attend the appointment and they had no record of my scheduling it 4) Prior to my virtual consultation, I followed ALL of the instructions to properly set up and test my computer but at the time of the visit the website let me in, I answered a few questions including my phone number, and then the site NEVER connected me to my provider 5) She (very nice doctor) reached me by phone and we had a short phone consultation. However, I was not reimbursed for this lower-tier visit, rather was charged the full $100 video/virtual visit cost. 6) The doctor indicated in my notes to the scheduler that I was to be seen at the main campus. I missed the initial call from the scheduler and so called the number she provided me by voicemail. When I called the number I was told "we don't schedule main campus appointments", so had to call another number. 7) I called that number multiple times and always got a recording that "no one was available to take my call". 8) I called the original phone number again and lo and behold they were able to schedule me a main campus appointment.

Some of the worst care I have ever experienced in my 13 years of being in healthcare. There is absolutely no communication between staff and concerned family members, no matter what time of day you call, everyone is too busy to talk and no one calls back. There was a complete lack of basic care for the patient. Who cares if they save your life if you lay in a bed with dirty sheets, no one helps you bathe/brush your teeth, a room that is cluttered and gross, and waiting for a call light to be answered takes all day. When I brought up my concerns to the staff, there was no compassion whatsoever about what I had to say; only defensiveness about what they were doing right. I was shocked that one of the "top hospitals" in the world would provide care in the manner that this hospital did. The only person who seemed to care and was extremely compassionate was the unit manager and I am thankful for her kindness. We will not return here for any care. I thought I was doing what was best for my loved one by bringing them here for care and unfortunately was proven wrong.

Had family members and relatives treated here. Top notch services, albeit sometimes expensive. Physicians and nurses are held to very high standards and the workplace/patient population is very diverse. Was the reason I moved to OH.

Not patient and family friendly. Waiting areas crowded, desk clerks try to ignore or lack information to give, but also won't try to obtain information for you. Parking is expensive and kiosks partially work causing delays on exit. Signage and directions can be greatly improved.
