Attended an event here. The staffs are very welcoming, the security was friendly, helpful and thorough. The quality of f&b is great. But the tables are sticky despite so many staffs around. They said the diet sugar is finished while I saw so many are still in the drawer. I also disappointed with their toilet that are very narrow, its hard to open the door without pulled my legs while the bathroom area is very large. Once it smells sour. The tissue is very easy fall in to the trash bin, it should have better holder.

The place is nice but unfortunately the round up and down parking is rather narrow. Security is ok and tight.

The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is also spacious, the food is good, the service is outstanding, all are friendly and helpful. Shout out to pak toha on lt.5 who was very nice and helpful. Anyway, my input, I slept on the 21st floor. How come it is slow, open google maps is difficult. That's just the input

It could have been a ritza from long ago but now it's the remains of the Ritz

As far the best five star for children.usually some five star hotels don't see children as their guest but not in this hotel your children will happy with the treat from hotel staff

The program was eaten by office employees, there were cc and batik promos, just calling to know the promos, answered well. Cm ready for fullbooks if wiken has to be days away. We eat at Asian restaurants. The champion is the food, the event before at the Ritz Sudirman, the Ritz is this. The variation is a lot. The place is comfortable. Betah smah haha thx ritz ..

I was only staying 1 night so I unfortunately had not much time to enjoy the hotel. What I really liked was the spacious rooms. The rooms could be modernized but they are well maintained. I also enjoyed the Sunday brunch which was really good.

-Located in Mega Kuningan, the surrounding commercial area is good.

For upper class hotels, access to the lobby is not pedestrian friendly. The security is very strict with all dogs, if you want to go down in front of the lobby you have to use a car, the condition of the hotel seems old style. the food is pretty okay. the mosque location is downstairs, and is quite small. overall I'm not interested in staying here, the cheapest HBs search is 2.5 million: D

Excellent ballroom and good quality lunch. We had a 2 day half board meeting in this business center located hotel. One issue is that the music from next ballroom disturbed our serious discussion.
