Wow ... the archipelago and western cuisine is indeed a five-star hotel class ...

One of the most comfortable hotels in Jakarta, good food, clean place and 24 hour security

Same name as Ritz Carlton in Pacific Place but different location. This one is across BTPN Bank tower. I visited here for a colleague s wedding. The parking space looks a bit dark and messy. There are unfinished paint walls. The lobby is spacious, with fancy lights ornaments and luxury rug. But, the restroom seems less maintained. On the bathroom sink, tissue box are empty. Mirror is a bit dusty.

Ritz Carlton is a 5-star hotel which offers all luxurious service and ambience. It has 2 locations in Jakarta, one in SCBD Sudirman and the other one is in Mega Kuningan.

Its buffet menu is awesome with lots of variety of foods which pamper customer's tongue. You can get some promotional price of buffet by asking the customer service. I can say that the Ritz-Carlton is a top notch on my list.

Great hotel... spacious room and bed is quite comfy... unfortunately the sofa is kinda have some dust and not cleaned to perfectly but the rest are awesome

Incidentally, this year's joint opening was held in Asia Restaurant ... Food is quite varied, friendly service.

I stayed this hotel in 2014. The concierge service here was fantastic and all staffs were very polite to guests. When I asked the service for Jakarta guidebook, they brought it just in 2 hours.

Everything other was as expected as 5-star graded hotel.

This place is worth spending a night.
Staff is courteous, and prompt in resolving any problem you might have and make every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Gym OK, facilities on the shower room and changing room are the best. Steam, sauna, jacuzzi are all clean.

A very cool star hotel in terms of interior and service. The security is also very tight, but what is lacking from this hotel is the lack of good parking and the lack of air vents so it is very hot

Lobby doesn't look like a luxurious hotel, room is much better. Shower tap in the bathroom is hard to turn off as it needs precision between overhead and handle shower. Food is good

Nice hotel, spacious room, strategic location near Jakarta Business District (Thamrin, Soedirman and Kuningan), a little expensive, high profile place as one of favorite foreigner hotel especially western, high security (bombing history several years ago), the restaurant has a lot variety of food but the taste especially Indonesian food had been compromised with western style. The parking lot is rather limited and no integrated shopping mall. After stayed for a week in this hotel i felt bored and decide to move to other hotel.

Great interior and their Asian Restaurant is the best! Love the Hainan Rice.

The interior is nice, because of the old style version. The buffet menu is still inferior to gran melia n grand mercure. I don't want to. But when I left the charger workshop, it was clear in the room, uh, now it's gone ... it's not found by the office boy

Large pool, they used to have giant floating rubber duck so you can just chill on top of it. Lovely Guest Relation Officer, they are eager to help to give some surprise (for your birthday or wedding anniversary for example!). Large and comfortable room. If you choose the twin bed room you'll get 2 king size beds. Enormous and luxury bathroom adjoining with dressing room, love the city view from the bath tub. Love the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The staff was awesome! They are very attentive and also can help you choosing wine!

The food refill is lacking. Even though when it comes to conferences at other hotels, food refills are always available and sufficient for the invitation.

Employees are not helpful ... places and snacks that are presented in the meeting room are not representative

Those who want to use this hotel as a meeting place should be reconsidered

Rich hotel to stay. Service is good. Complementary break fast we have in Asia restaurant. If u r complete 50days ,u have complementary dinner also.

The position of the hotel in the heart of the city of Jakarta, please avoid the streets with a tight time to get to the location of the hotel because of the bad traffic jam.

Came here for the Bukber event from my company, and the hall was really comfortable for events. There are thousands people but the hotel managed to made the place comfortable. The food was really good, from takjils (fried bananas and kurmas), main course and desserts.
