Their cooking chef is the best, always love to have breakfast, lunch or dinner in this hotel.

So far the cuisine is good and cleanliness is maintained. It's just that the water in the lobo restaurant toilet is small.

Room is huge. Pillows are too soft so I didn't have very comfortable sleep. They used to have Asprey toiletries (which I love) but now changed to local one which I felt disappointed because they are considered 5-star hotel. They put small complimentary chocolate bars for guests which is a nice touch. I love their kunyit asam which I often order during breakfast.

Visiting the Asia Restaurant, on a buffet lunch. Lots of food selection from local (wartegan), chinese and western. Its all fresh cooked, great taste and a very warm staff, 5 star hotel restaurant standart. Consider this if you're up for a big meal.

5-star hotel located in Mega Kuningan, complete facilities according to 5-star hotels, but for the interior it is not very wow. The location of the strategist in the middle of the city. For meeting rooms and seminars it's nice and fun. The food is delicious, as well as various cakes and the pastry is delicious. The clerk was friendly and helpful. But unfortunately for the mosque it is poorly maintained and rather small, especially if there are events or seminars conducted there, quite crowded.

Rooms with pool view are awesome (although nobody but me seemed to swim in it!), great breakfast and good service. They have an harp player and jamu testing in the evening (i love jamu) but for what it costs i wish they had more cultural events in the hotel and a bar or cafe by the pool. Overall a good place, if you like to be among high buildings, to stay for a work trip (for holidays i won't come to jakarta full stop!)

the place is really comfortable, but unfortunately the place in and out of the car in my opinion is too small, but still the place is very very cozy

Great place, audio and visual facilities for seminars are very good.

Wide parking area ... the best ASIA restaurant. For motorcycle parking in the basement too. Couldn't park a motorbike for a while in front of the hotel. It could be decreed by the security officer, so you might as well enter the parking lot instead of being sampled (bok hahaha's personal experience) as well as his friendly fathers. Oh yeah, the cute dogy will also be in charge of spinning the car. My focus is on Asia Restaurant: cool place ... for an event with the office ... lunch or dinner with a group is recommended. During the office lunch, we use the room rather upward. Can accommodate 40 people. Because the atmosphere is calm so the boss can also give a word or two in the middle of the room. People say this hotel is one of the best hotel in Indonesia. Actually, I don't think so after visited it some weeks ago. Hard to find entrance and access to lobby. There is no sign. The security is not helpful a lot to handle the traffic. About the food? I could not ignore that they have a great chef. About the meeting room? Sounds great, however, there is no staff stand-by for helping.

The place is comfortable, if you want to shop in the mall around Mega Brass, take it with the hotel Shuttel, the rooms are spacious, friendly service makes you feel at home there are free swimming pools, spas, saunas, and lots of variety and special needs. Thanks to Rizt Carlton.

I came here with Oppa for an event, finally I also came here. I was really confused about where to enter the lobby through which time, the Ritz food was delicious too and the prayer room below was clean and elegant. Unfortunately ablution is only limited by a few walls but it is still better than JW Marriott which has open and mixed ablution.

The room doesn't know yet, I have never stayed here. Soon I think I'll stay here

Staff are friendly, close to one of the Malls (Lotte Shopping Mall), there is a shuttle bus that drop you off at the mall but does not operate from the mall to the hotel. On-site restaurants are great.
We have been upgraded (3 people) for larger room and we enjoyed the service, food and ambiance. Strongly recommending it and definitely will come back again.

If you stay in this hotel , you don't have to worry for shoping . Best location , Near the big mall. Or any other place....An actually no regret after it.
