The officers are kind, friendly and responsive. The guard is quite tight. The air conditioner is really cold. The rooms are spacious and have complete facilities. The pool is spacious, comfortable and clean. The food is plenty, varied and delicious.
Overall the place is very comfortable, clean, and makes you feel at home.

Rooms are Big, Clean, and Tidy. Great View from Room, lots of Food menu for In-Room dining and Big Portions.

What stood out in particular for me is the shuttle service to nearby locations. The Dnd and Make my room switch next to the bed is cool, new for me.. Delicious dinner (we had this meal called Best of India from the menu). I was hesitating before ordering Indian food but it was awesome . They even provide Baby sitting service for those who need it. Rooms are quite spoacious and there's a Walk in closet.

One of the luxurious five stars hotel in central Jakarta. Located at Mega Kuningan area and it has connecting path to JW Marriott Hotel. If we go there by taxi, we should mention Mega Kuningan as there is another Ritz-Carlton locatad at Jl. Jendral Sudirman at SCBD (Sudirman Business Distric) area. The hotel lobby is quite nice and it located at upper ground floor.

I checked in this hotel for 3 days 2 nights. I was very impressed with the service provided, very decisive. The staff was very friendly and very helpful starting from the check-in process, until the process I checked out. Before checking in I asked for help to set up my room, when I arrived at the room, I was very surprised by the results of the set up. Room cleanliness is very maintained, the security system in the hotel is very tight. But it is unfortunate, every time I stay in all the Ritz Carlton around the world, for toiletries such as soap; shampoo, etc. using the brand asprey, but it is unfortunate, why for ritz carlton jakarta do not use the brand? Because in my opinion the brand has been the standard of the Ritz Carlton. What I find here, the packaging is exactly the same and the color is purple, but it's just not branded at all.

I just had a meeting at the lounge, so I don't know much about the hotel rooms, but being Ritz Carlton, it must be top notch. The lounge serves nice snacks and tea. Location is OK, in the middle of Mega Kuningan area, and the service is very polite and comforting.

Love their world class service! I had flu and they volunteered to send ginger tea to my room. My colleague is environmental friendly and opt not to have bottled water in her room. Since she asked for hot water everyday, they setup a water dispenser in her room.

the stay made pleasant thanks to the excellent team consisted of Ms. jennifer indrajaya and Ms. Ayu who helped me and my client in a pinch for transport while still handling wedding reception preparations.
