close to shopping centers and easy to find restaurants and other equipment here. when there was new construction and there was a blackout when there was an event so it had a bad impression. it's just good service and service, though it takes some time to restore the situation

The hotel is good luxury for very good security, what a good Asian restaurant buffet is what the menu menu is ice

the security is higher. checks exceed the airport, use dogs all ... acoustics in the ugly ballroom (echo) ... sound attenuation in the bad meeting room (org applause in the next room is frightening). road access is badly jammed there

Security guard very careless when open and close the portal, my car got hit in the roof with the portal bar which is more heavy then electrical pole in the street.

The fitness facilities, pool, and spa on the 5th floor are also spacious and provide a several ways to unwind after a long day of meetings. Prices are also reasonable when compared to similar services back home. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel if your travels, whether for business or pleasure, take you to Jakarta.

Great place to stay and dine. Absolutely loved the ambiance and hospitality. The rooms are huge, bathrooms have bath tubs, walking closet.. visit level 5.. it got amazing pool and spa facilities. Decent breakfast.. good variety. Absolutely worth the money..

Comfortable, classy place. Friendly service from every officer starting from security, receptionist and wedding coordinator. A good place to take pictures, for wedding events, recommended if there is a budget

The security level of this hotel is arguably very strict. At each entrance there is a barking dog. It is an irony in a country that is said to be a Muslim majority.

From the size of the room, a small mosque was provided that was large enough to pray alone. But not wide enough for congregation.

In terms of food, it is arguably the upper class. Luxury.

A luxurious hotel located not far from the city center in the heart of Kuningan. The rooms are very nice, spacey and have very comfortable beds. The toilets are very clean and have a nice smell of natural aroma. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpfull too when wanting to know where to go. On the fifth floor one can find the swimming pool, which is very nice and well maintained, bringing back many good memories :). Dont forget that there is a sauna too in the swimming pool bathroom, with a nice hottub. Or for those who just wanna relax, enjoy a nice massage in the spa near the pool. There is also a gym for those who want ti be mkre active. Or if none would suot you, you can relax in one of the wooden bungallows. The hotel also offers both Indonesian and international cuisine. However if that doesnt satisfy you, you can also order a shuttle bus that can bring you to nearby places, like restaurants and shops. If you want to book a cab to other parts of Jakarta, be adviced to do it before rush hours, as being in traffic all day long can ruin your stay.
