Old hotel in prime area.. internet by biznet not good at all.. your 4G will do better

Strategic place, has a comfortable Asian Resto and very interesting buffe promo.

I went to this hotel to have a new years dinner with my family and friends ,the restaurant there called "Asia" the place is spacius and very elegant ,the food is excellent and i'm in loovee with the sashimi and mash potatoes there its freaking amazing the staff is very nice and welcoming but when i went there it's not so crowded so the staff is paying attention to you more

Little outdated however still luxury hotel. I liked it.

Hold the event danone 6 days. good but unfortunately the wifi password is not available, in the room so tap the internet quota itself. .

A wonderful of personal greeting from the staff here. They do everything possible to help, make you welcome and fulfill any requirements you may have. Make sure you check out the pool and all its attached facilities such as the sauna and relaxation room. (The steam room could do with an aromatherapy addition!)

Excellent service! Had better to use club lounge even it cost additional fee.

Check the ballroom ... good, luxury but the parking is rather dizzying ..

The ballroom is very spacious, good arrangement. The toilet is clean and there is water to rinse.

The room amenities offered are excellent, but it would be nice if a part of her pay more attention to maintenance related to the water heater

The room is spacious. The bathroom is okay. The food is delicious.
Checkin takes really long, up to 1.5 hours - 2 hours. The refrigerator in the room is not cold enough.

Rooms are ok and spacious, only the elevator takes a long time to access up and down ...

Somehow i feel the lobby is so dark. It seems they trying to reduce the electricity cost.

This hotel is very good and clean as well. Friendly and deft staff.

Ballroom great Dan ok. Capacity more than 800 people and also they have 3 ballroom.
If you have big event than you can use all ballroom connection one and another

Stayed for a few days in this hotel and i was very pleasantly surprised. All the staff were extremely polite and attentive. We had a lot of requests however, they were all very patient with us and met all of them without any complaints.

Good hotel, good and attentive service. However the food in Asia restaurants is the only one that is good. I had a company event yesterday and the food was poor, tend to be bland (fried rice with Malaysian curry), the other dish (braised chicken with charsiew sauce) was also so so.

After a long international flight it was a delight to be greeted professionally and friendly with a quick and seamless check-in. Precisely 30 minutes later our wonderful housekeeping team came to our room to check that we were comfortable.

I loved the electronic notification Please make my room up however on several occasions forgot to set it. But I was thoroughly impressed when I asked their shuttle bus driver (in English) to pass a request to the housekeeping team to make my room up , it was fulfilled correctly and punctually. On another day during my breakfast I passed a similar request to the buffet team for the housekeeping team which was also fulfilled properly. This reflects the great communication between the hotel's operations.

May I suggest to place a control for the Do not disturb next to the front door as that would make it easier to set when exciting the room.

A big thank you to all the teams (which include the bellboys, buffet and housekeeping) who all provided an impeccable service and exceeded my expectation. I would not hesitate to stay again.
