Old without proper maintenance , staff not qualified and need training & the hotel was much better years agi

A luxury hotel in the front of New Cairo, very near to the ring road, you can find cib bank branch there, parking lots found, big hotel and very popular, you can arrange a wedding ceremony and summits there

Great rooms to stay in, a little far from downtown Cairo..

Its a cleans Hotel with good services , i gate it 4 stars because...... I expected something Fancy for a 5 star hotel .

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great rooms, large space, slightly outdated. Food wasn t too good and neither was service in the outdoor space.

The staff here goes the extra mile you can feel it. Want warm pita for your appetizer? not a problem right away. Don't know where you are going? Let me walk you there sir. They really care here. The lobby bar has quite the view and the Saturday night singers are very good, especially the lady. She will sing Ella fitzgerald and mNat king Cole, beautiful. If I'm ever in Cairo again I would stay here.

Very Nice, the staff was great. Two week stay and it was less than 2500 (As of 22 January 2018) with breakfast included.

Very nice and fancy place, but its location is relatively far from the capital city center

The GOOD: spacious. Good rooms. Very good food.

- The BAD: expensive. Noisy room (they were working in the room above mine for 2 days and the hotel didn t do anything about it). Slow service especially at the reception. Far from the city. Overall, not recommended and I won t book there again.

Impressive hotel, had nice food in the bar and steak restaurant. Visited the Golf club a lot - great staff there and also hit the green...nice setting with impressive houses around the perimeter. Nice swimming pool too!

The place adds very much and appreciates the walk in which the morning is conducted with a pleasant atmosphere and an estimated amount of exercise with bicycles

The place is lovely and the shrimp salad is fantastic

One of the best hotels in Cairo from every aspect. Spa there is magnificent. Varities of the best resturants in town and different moods are guaranteed from Asian , Indian, oriental & best steak house in town. Day use there is a tottal go for.

Lots of restaurants here, very self sufficient. However if you want anything else will have to take a taxi out. Rooms are good and toilets is very spacious with separate shower and tub.

Very nice hotel. Service level is very high. The insurance level is above excellent. It has rooms for parties and weddings more than wonderful. It has parking lots. The food is super excellent.
