The hotel is very elegant and clean . It s like a palace from inside with spacious rooms and suites.
Special thanks to Mr.Sameh from guest relations who upgraded my stay from a regular room, which was reserved with points as a Marriot Bonvoy member, to a suite with access to the Marriot executive lounge with all its privileges.
Thanks also to Bishoy and Mostafa from the front desk who were really helpful while checking in and checking out.
I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

I visited JW Marriott Cairo during a work trip and was impressed by its architecture and interior design. Unlike most hotels in Egypt that I visited, the distance between the front gate and lobby felt like it was miles away and the journey is worth it as you reflect on what you're to expect.

From the lobby to the washrooms, the interior feels like you walk into a well maintained preserved classical building. The customer service is also on point with the Egyptian hospitality being felt by every hotel employee.

Excellent hotel. Amazing gym swimming pool restaurant's and just to top it off a beach themed water park. Staff are wonderful. What's not to like apart from its vicinity to the airport. And the metal detector on the entrance door.

Sparkling and modern, luxury at every turn. Superb for young families with wave pool, water slides, and game room
There is also an adult pool and breezy bars overlooking the water garden. Excellent, caring, and cordial service from the staff.

One of the best hotels in Cairo today. 5 minutes away from the airport. Great facilities; huge gym, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, beach pool with waves, kids entertainment area, small soccer pitch, tennis court, a great executive lounge with plenty of meeting spaces, many meeting rooms, and off course great range of restaurants.

Amazing hotel, and great Staff. Stayed there many times. My.comoany booked a different hotel one trip, but got them to change it back to the JW Marriott.

First time golfing at this place and it was great. Course is in pretty good shape and has many challenging holes. Will definitely come back and play again.

We reserved two bedrooms to attend a wedding. The rooms are nice and spacious but the staff are unpolite , unfriendly, no smiles on the faces. They even charged us for the parking
