Just Jeans (The Walk/Bourke St) was a shopping pleasure! I came in completely clueless about choosing the right pair of jeans (I had never owned an expensive pair before) and the staff there were so incredibly helpful after I told them I knew absolutely nothing! The lady who served me walked me through it all, gave me some great suggestions and another member of staff (looking after the dressing rooms) also assisted me in choosing the right pair of jeans. I ended up buying an incredible pair of high-waisted jeans which I have received many compliments for. To my excitement, I also got a 25% discount due to their amazing sale! An awesome shoping experience - highly recommended! Keep it up, staff!

The staff member that assisted me was absolutely amazing. Not pushy at all, knew my size and helped me out with a new outfit all with ease and grace.

Terrible jeans. Two years ago I bought 3 pairs of jeans that I did wear a lot, but still the fact that two of them disintegrated within a two year time frame is unacceptable. The other pairs of jeans that I've bought there haven't lasted nearly as well as even that and the 'stretch' fabric, which is apparently only supposed to stretch a maximum of half a size over years, produced jeans that were too loose around the waist (fit upon purchase) after one or two washes. Now, only a month or two later, they are so loose that I really can't wear them at all. I have heard that my old neighbour's daughter resigned as a buyer for Just Jeans after learning of the conditions in their Bangladeshi factories and I think it might be a case of paying peanuts and getting monkeys where their actual products are concerned.

Came into the Melbourne Central store to exchange an online purchase. All the staff were super helpful and friendly but especially Jess who was customer focused, honest and gave good feedback on the fit. I wore the jeans over the weekend which I swapped and I love them. Thank you so much they are awesome. I ll be back again soon.

The gentleman at this store was a breathe of fresh air with heaps of information. He didn't try to talk me into anything. He simply listened to what i was looking for (which was a very particular style and cut). I love the jeans I've bought. And the material is the most comfortable pair of jeans.

Very nice man asked me about the jeans I wanted. Tried first pair on...perfect fit. No pushy sales, just honestly good at his job! Hopefully someone in management recognises his skills and these reviews and rewards him. have never had such a stress free clothes shopping experience in my life.

Awesome collections and I usually buy things from there because of their quality. Recently, purchased two jeans and four T-shirts. One of them was not my correct fit and I went to exchange it. They didn't allow me first and after contacting their manager I got a correct fit t-shirt giving back the old one. Their service was good to a extent.

Just Jeans are one of the oldest companies around. With that in mind I wasn't looking forward to my impending visit. I knew I needed new pairs of good jeans and the only way was to get myself over there. I was pleasantly surprised when the saleswoman really went out of her way to help me. I found a great pair and with another two pairs I left happy.

It was great. I usually struggle with what to wear and what type of clothes and the cut ans colours. It is simply too much but this girl, Casie (not sure of the spelling), was so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I'm definitely coming back.

Although I just tried on some jeans and didn't buy anything, I have to say that the customer service I received was excellent, attentive and genuinely caring. I honestly felt bad walking out not buying anything as I just wasn't in love with the jeans. I'll just leave this review as a way of saying thanks for the great service I received!
