They are very nice to work with and willing to help.

So this company just cold calls me from an inquiry where I filled something out- but never gave my phone number (the woman who called months ago said they searched for the correct one when I didn't give a real number). Anyway... when I tell the man I m not interested and asked to be taken off their list he actually said thats not gonna happen.... we cant do that so while I have your attention.... and after a second time of saying Im not interested I had to hang up. That is not good business. I blocked them.

Financial Freedom Mortgage helped me out with refinancing my home when other mortgage lenders wouldn't. Whereas the big banks put my property value and loan amount into their magic black box and let the computer decide that my loan was not a good candidate, FFM was wise enough to look at my credit history, payment history, employment history, and other financial factors to make a more accurate risk assessment and get me into a loan that worked for both of us. They were prompt in following up every step of the way and made the process as easy as possible. I would absolutely work with them again in the future. It's a welcome surprise to have an actual person advocating on your behalf and giving credence to the unique and specific situation rather than blindly following a set of guidelines.

Financial Freedom Mortgage worked diligently to get my refinance approved at the lowest rate I've seen offered by other carriers. Signing took longer than I expected, but that's because they worked through hurdles to bet approval. They delivered everything they promised.

These people were a Godsend! They helped consolidate my bills and get me back on solid ground. Everyone was pleasant and friendly.

My 80 plus grandmother gets contacted by Financial Freedom Mortgage and suggest to her she could qualify for a home equity loan on some of her rental properties based on her rental income, social security and pension. After reviewing tax returns, rental income and other documentation need to be approved, they informed her she was approved and would could send Vice President Cameron to visit her at her home and sign up for the loan. Speaking with Mr. Cameron, he assured her that she was approved and she need to sign various documents to sign up for this loan. Then he asked for a payment of $1400 for two appraisals for two of her several rental properties. Prior to making this payment, Mr. Cameron assured her she was pre approved and this was the process of obtaining the funds. After many promises from the processors Iyana and Kareem that we were on the way to closing, we are processing your paperwork and once your documents go to underwriting we go to closing. Last week she was told by Kareem she was going to closing by Tuesday of this week, but on Saturday she got a message on her phone from Kareem that she was not approved and did not qualify for the loan. She was upset because she was told after submitting all of her tax returns leases from rental properties award letters from social security and pension income that she was approved for the $350 payment for each loan. I am in the business of obtaining loans for people, this is unfair to anyone, but an elderly person, its just not right, not even the decency to contact her directly, to tell her she was had, in a voice mail.

I do not write many reviews. But these people have been harassing me with multiple phone calls every day. I picked up the phone to ask to be removed from the call list as I no longer need to refinance and the sales rep hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Also not smart as when I do want to refinance, get a new loan, or recommend a mortgage company to my real estate clients, I will be looking elsewhere

The initial process was pleasant. Then someone came to my home, signed the documents with me and charged me $585.00 for an appraisal. Then came the very rude and condescending loan officer who I did not want to work with. After speaking with management they told me they would find me a new one. I have yet to hear from them nor get a copy of my appraisal and they are refusing to give me a copy. At the very least they should give me a copy of the appraisal I over paid for!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Unbelievably unprofessional. Was called about a refinance. They came to my house for me to sign paperwork promising me that they would not even wast their time coming to my house if the thought loan would not close. I gave them original documents from a previous refinance that screwed up my escrow. Well the loan was promised to close 7/31/18 and we never closed. They were trying to manipulate my home value as my Appraisal came back to low. I was told that they were waiting for updated Appraisal, that never came back. The loan officer called to tell me underwriting would not approve with one year tax returns. On my original conversation they used that as a selling point telling me they only needed one year. During the phone call that said I could not get approved the loan officer tried to sell me on another program that would increase my payments by over $300 a month. I have tried to reach out to them several times since I got the call that my loan would not close to get my original documents back and I have gotten no answer.

Very unprofessional. I wish they would have just told me I could not get approved. Instead I wanted $450 on an Appraisal fee that now they are claiming I can not get back.

I cannot explain how grateful I am with Financial Freedom Mortgage. From the beginning to the end your dedication and work ethic was top notch in my refi. As we all know it was not an easy roller coaster but your guidance and determination to make the refi happen for our family was unbelievable. I want to thank you and your team for all your work. Once I decided to use Freedom to refinance my home, The process was quite smooth and painless. It wasn't necessary to have someone come to my house to fill out the paperwork, but they were very friendly and made it a pleasant experience. (Even with masks and social distancing).
This was not my first time with refinancing, but it may have been the easiest and most economical.

We had a very positive relationship with Financial Freedom Mortgage. Kevin was our "go to guy". He always keep us up dated on how our loan was progressing. We had a very challenging loan that we needed. We had a line of credit we needed to get rid of plus, we wanted to lower our interest rate. We closed on our loan on March 5th. How happy we were! From start to finish, the loan took about 3 1/2 months to complete and lots of paper work. FFM did a profesional job with and for us. We could't be happier!

We inquired information for a refinance and after the appraisal we decided to see search around for other Mortgage companies because their closing cost was too high. now we are stuck waiting for them to provide us with a FHA required letter releasing the appraisal to our current Mortgage company. We have called and called and sent several emails. Destiny Santos has hung up the phone on us and our New Mortgage representative. She asked us to stop calling and didnt have time to write the letter. I am going to contact the consumer affairs and my lawyer. this has been an emotional distraught they have been causing us!

Don t do business here. They harassed me with calls non stop. I ve ask to be removed off their list multiple times, but they continue to call. I finally spoke to a branch manager who continued to explain why I should look into lowering my bills. Completely ignored my request and didn t care what I had to say. At the end of the call I told her again to stop calling me and I got this response, ok, we ll see then hung up on me. I am personally in sales and appreciate trying to make a deal, but this business fails to recognize the importance of good customer service and word of mouth. If this is how they treat people out side of their own client base, I hate to see how pushy they get with their own. STAY AWAY.

We were looking into renovating our home when I applied on line for "government money" thinking it was grant money. "free"
I had so many lenders calling me that I hung up on majority of the calls once they used the word refinance.
One morning I got another call and I interrupted her right away and said "If you can give me free money and I don't have to pay it back then I'll listen" This young lady immediately got Detta on the phone and she would not let me hang up until I heard everything Financial Freedom could offer us. We spoke about my first mortgage and Home equity line of credit, which were in two different financial institutions. We spoke about our debt. Detta explained how much money we were paying in interest alone with one of the banks. Detta explained FFM could merge both mortgage and home equity together and still allow us to have money to renovation and pay off our credit card debt. most important, build our credit back up. Detta kept reassuring me that I didn't need to commit to anything until we, my husband and I saw the numbers in writing and talked it over. Detta was very comforting and answered every question I had through the whole process and was available.
Cameron was the gentleman that came to our home to go over all the figures and to answer any additional questions. He was amazing and took his time explaining each figure and also offered suggestion how we could build our credit and not keep a balance on the credit cards. We decided to sign and move forward.
Then we met Miss Brittney. Another amazing person on the team. Brittney was also available and patient with all of the questions. Brittney was the one who did the leg work to get all documents and any other papers needed to finalize the process. (of course there were others behind the seens, I did not get to meet).
Financial Freedom got us to close within 3 weeks and they did it with compassion, patience, and Grace.
We will definitely be referring this financial company to anyone we know who is interested in a mortgage or refinancing their home.

I was called by financial freedom mortgage. I had a wonderful conversation, until I said, I was not comfortable sharing my social security number with them over the phone. When Diane E Mantuano came on the line she was very nasty and would not listen to anything I had to say. So unprofessional....

They some how got my name ( old last name) said I applied for mortgage loan sept 24th. When I questioned this. He said dont worry . I was as I dont go by that name. I dont have mortgage in my name. Then some girl got on line. When I asked what address she acted as if she was getting me my address then hung up on me after saying she was a manager. Since then I googled the company been trying to call and speak to them. They just let it ring and hang up on me. Bunch a fraud! Scam I will be reporting .

Getting a refi during Covid 19 pandemic....not for the fainthearted
My experience with these individuals was a bit trying especially verifying employment when I am retired LOL My new proposed payment was 1k lower then my present payment which I had made with no problems for 5 years and my credit score was in the high 800s. So all this back an forth of my income was very tedious and downright aggravating....having said that
I felt everyone was very professional and although the process took way longer then it should have I am assuming because of the Pandemic everything was a bit skewed but it all worked out and we closed. I will recommend this company as they got the the job done and we are happy with our new rate

I had a really great experience with the FREEDOM MORTGAGE TEAM. my first call came from a lady name Kelly who was so sweet I decided to listen and proceed on. I was then connected to Quan who was good at setting up an appointment with Andrew the president and when he came to my home it was if he had known me already, when he left I was SOLD. Kayla was great at helping me get all of the information they needed even with SOCIAL SECURITY who had given me a headache. The last but not least Nadia put everything together for my closing, and made sure I understood everything. This was a great experience with the FREEDOM MORTGAGE TEAM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

This review is specifically for the Mount Laurel location as I understand there are other companies with similar names. A female representative with the last name Harris informed me that information on clients are received from 3rd parties which indicates that information is PURCHASED in order to cold call potential customers. She was unbelievably rude and nasty as I asked information regarding the process in which she wanted to embark on. I specifically told her that I cannot give out sensitive information without first verifying what was being told over the phone. She has no manners, no respect, and no class. This leads me to believe that all the other alleged 5-star reviews are paid reviews and this company is a SCAM.

Working with Diane and her team (including Chris, Alexis & Georgie) was a pleasurable experience. They were very helpful in the mortgage process. I would not hesitate to refer FFM to my friends and family.

My wife and I just refinanced and could not be happier. This is the 3rd time we used them (2 purchases and 1 refi) and each time has been great. We understand there will always be paperwork needed and conversations to be had but the staff made the process easy and timely for our needs. When the time comes we will definitely use them again.

I never thought i would be giving a 5 star rating to a mortgage company but i have got to say they wow d me!! I am not detail oriented & numbers often confuse me. Everyone at Financial Freedom was SO nice and helpful. Anthony Rios, the loan originator and Jasmine Small, the loan processor would call to remind me to do the simple tasks that would move the process forward and when I was not as on top of it I never felt admonished. Not only did I have a super easy process but they got me a LOWER interest rate than originally quoted!!! Easiest process I have been through and highly recommend!

So happy they were able to lower our interest rate and cash out to pay off credit card debt. Refi during a pandemic was extremely stressful but they made it so easy. We never had to leave our home.

Refinancing could not have been easier. Everything was done in our home. Everyone was professional. We got a great rate. Could not be more pleased.

I would give a "0" if I could. I have had a unbelievably bad experience! I have found this company to have terrible customer service and extremely poor follow through. I have had a "Notice of Tax LIen" place on our property due to and error they have made by paying the tax authority in the wrong county and now 4 months into this and after being told on three occasions that it had been taken care of which it never has, we just received our second notice of "Tax Lien" by an attorney representing the taxing authority in the correct county where the taxes were to be payed. On one occassion I was told that they could not pay my taxes until the county that was erroneously payed reimbursed them, why do my wife and I get punished because of their mistake???? I have spent close to 15 hours on the phone dealing with this and the frustration and lack of follow through along with the inability to talk to the same person is becoming beyond frustration. I have asked every person that I talked to, to please either give me a call or email to keep me up to date on the status of the situation. This happend on one occasion and one email and then never heard anything else. I don't know where to turn to next. Please save yourself the frustration and go to another mortgage company that cares about the people they lend to and have some form of customer service that is client oriented.

Horrible customer service. They made mistakes with my payment and it went around in a circle when I tried to get them to stop it from happening. They made the problem worse and even after being paid. I wqould never resommend them to anyone. They asked me to pay by phone so I wouldnt be late. They didnt process until 5 days later causing me to be late. the following month I mailed a check 5 days before end of month and they said they didnt receive yet. They said it would be considered late. This is nonsense. DO NOT USE FREEDOM MORTGAGE!!!!!!

Financial Freedom Mortgage has always provided me with great service when refinancing my home. They believe in the personal touch which allows you to ask questions and understand exactly what you are applying for (i.e. Fees, percentage rate, etc.). But the best part of using a company like this is their ability to beat offers from most banks. I have refinanced in the past with a well known bank but after finding Financial Freedom Mortgage I will always use them for any mortgage needs.

O got a call from a Call Center person, then was immediately turned over to Diane Mantuano. Seemed nice enough and knowledgeable, however when she said they were looking at my credit, I asked specifically if their inquire was going to show up as a Hard Inquiry. She lied, said it wouldn't. A mere few hours later I'm getting alerts from Experian that there was a credit inquiry. I had not given any permission or authorization to do a credit inquiry. So my credit score will no doubt drop due to their actions. Not good way to try a do business.

I am extremely impressed with Financial Freedom Mortgage. First, a vice-president visited my residence in person to facilitate paperwork and to review documents. This in-home visit made the process very easy and reduces my need to transmit personal data over the internet. Second, this company was able to close my refinance within just a couple of weeks, which was several weeks faster than any other refinance company I contacted. Third, FFM kept its promises regarding its quoted interest rate, which was very competitive. Kareem S., my loan originator, Iyana R., my processor, Cameron B., the vice-president, and Amanda C., my title clerk, were all tremendous. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the mortgage product. Everyone was professional and very courteous throughout the process. I have owned several properties and have refinanced multiple times over the last four decades. This refinancing process was bar far the best experience.

This is possibly the WORST mortgage company I have ever dealt with. Stay away. I have stellar credit, make well over 100K a year and they beat me down for 4 months (yes 4 months) requesting documentation over and over (the same stuff) just to buy a house. I ve bought multiple houses in my adult life and close in 30 days or less. I finally told them to screw it. It held up several people s lives for far too long and I gave them all but my blood and always within the requested timelines. Utter ridiculousness.
