We have been overall very pleased with Juniper, Chatham NJ. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the staff seems genuinely caring. Communication is very good and during the pandemic it has been consistent and informative.
However, like many assisted living facilities, it did struggle (in my view) to get a handle on things in the early weeks of the covid pandemic and institute policies and procedures to get on the right side of the curve. Having said that...since then, they have been creative and rigorous and have the results to show for it.
