I give 4 solid stars. I was introduced to this awesome water machine from Tonia, my personal trainer at metroflex, while at the time I was looking for a solution to clear my skin problem. Tonia pitched the machine effortlessly and did a good job explaining why this machine was a better choice and made sense to purchase and invest in than continuing to buy processed plastic bottled water. It s best to find Tonia and talk to her more about the water system because she knows more than me in regards to the system. I now know what she knows so if you want to ask me about it I can tell you what she told me. Which has a lot to do with water and it s pollution and how this system literally clears that out of the water for a more seamless taste and more health benefits over time. So yeah paying $200 a month and at the end of a 2 year contract I ll have paid off the $5,500 price which is fine for me because I can realistically afford it and I love spending money on investing in my health. Health is wealth. Lots of upper class people mentally and emotionally invest in this machine because they generally want to. You can do what you want. Customer service has had its ups and its downs. When you complain they become serious, if you don t take it serious, they won t either. It s like that usually at a lot of places. People slack off. You have to be stern. I am now a distributor so I do have all the info on the water system if you want to ask me any info. However, google is good and YouTube is good to ask as well. I m enjoying my clean tasting water. I ve had it since aug 2020 and I ve gotten a free repair with the warranty. So far so good.

Simply the best water I have ever drink, and I have stopped drinking all other kinds of water altogether. I have seen many health benefits from drinking this water.

I, like others have stated, am disappointed in the Customer service right now. My personal complaint is in regards to unending wait times to speak with someone in the finance department. Hopefully Enagic can get that aspect of the business ironed out. Yet, this ionizer is the Real Deal(I think)! To my knowledge, Enagics Kangen Water ionizer is the Original ionizer and still the Best. It has been used as a Medical device in Hospitals in Japan and I assume still is? Compared this water with another product that claimed 9.5PH with tester bottle and Kangen water was a Royal Purple while the other water was a light purple. Kangen water is still the Champion when it comes to the water business and ionizers. Maybe the company will wave the rest of the money i owe for this good review? Actually, I'm only saying this because i Believe it is true.

This review is based solely on customer service. Today I was on hold for exactly 54 minutes to talk to someone about a filter replacement. The system is great but wait until you need a filter and can't walk in the store to get it. You have to make an appointment to buy filter replacement or wait on hold for an hour. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Since June 18 !!! Nobody have get in contact of me in regards to this machine !! No refund nothing they will just keep your money after returning the device .

It was my first time I came to this place & see how the staff work so friendly but the manager his name Enbel or something like that was super rude even when I asked him for a quick question he rejected me & asked the staff to change me for extra bag while I bought lots of thing cost of almost $500. This is not the right way to treat customers and I hope someone be in charge to read this review and notice how the misbehavior of someone change the the positive energy to negative one

I had been a customer since 2016 and been drinking the water since 2015. I am very happy with how my body feel hydrated and the energy I get now plus better sleep.

Definitely a Pyramid scheme ! People beware. They will sell you a dream that you will be well off once you start selling their product and you can just work from home and you are set ! HOWEVER you have to buy the product first !!! please do not take advantage of elderly and have them spent every bit of their money and giving them hopes that they could make more specially for someone that can barely speak ENGLISH !! do not support this company !
