I would not go here even if I was dying, their ER stuff put me in a room and forgot about me. They did not check on on me like other hospitals do. I didn't even know my doctor's name.I sat in room 2 and cried for almost 20 minutes in pain because they didn't give me a call button.all the nurse said was sit here and somebody will be come to get your x-rays the doctor will see you after that. How is one supposed to feel when the hospital bluntly shows them that they don't care about you. And they showed because I was from out of state they didn't give any care to me. The bedside manner was horrible. While I was crying in pain, I heard one of the nurses say awwww 2 is crying and that's it. None came to see if I was okay until the doctor was ready to see me. Do not go to this hospital!!!!!!!

ER VISIT 8/2/20 7:00 PM

I would rate my experience a ZERO if I could but do not have the option. I will not waste your time with the details. I am healing and will soon personally share the details with an administrator of this hospital. I am still in shock and or appalled at the incompetence I witnessed tonight. I am pretty sure the staff will claim I was angry and aggressive.

Is that not what all incompetent people do when someone is pointing out the obvious???

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ER TO ANYONE... EVEN MY WORST ENEMY.

Did not receive adequate help for my dad this past Saturday. He was severely swollen and was not treated but told to contact his primary doctor on Monday. We are back in another ER this morning and he is gasping for breath. Epic fail on JRMC.

While camping in the Ozarks, I had an accident and split my forehead. Not familiar with the area a local sheriff led us the the ER. The entire staff from admin, nurses and doctors could not have done any better. They were quick to process me into a room, get set up for the doctor and finally a doctor that cared immensely about his work. The entire staff was very friendly as well and sought to it that my wife and son were kept updated and had me stitched up and back to our family vacation in no time.

If I could leave a no star review I would. I was seen in the ER at 9pm on for what should have been obvious signs of seizures. But because we were honest and told them that I had eaten a 25mg edible 3 hours before the seizures started, the entire staff (doctors, registrar and nurses) were laughing and making jokes about a "bad trip". So they gave me Xanax (another downer?) And only did the CT AFTER it knocked me out but the seizures continued. They LOST my first round of blood/urine and Covid tests and had to do it all over again, all the while continuing to laugh. They are by far the WORST most unprofessional "hospital" I have ever been to.

They botched my sister's lip after she got into a four-wheeler accident. Sent her home in really bad condition to the point my mother had to take her to children's where she was kept for a few days. They didn't even clean her scratches or her lip before stitching her up. Then last night I went in with pain that felt like a kidney stone. They supposedly did a urine test and no blood was found and so they did an x-ray and said that I was just constipated and sent me home with a laxative which I thought was odd it didn't do anything. I went to Sherwood Urgent Care in Russellville today. They did a urine test which showed blood in the urine. Then they did an X-ray which showed I'm not at all constipated but instead I have not one but 2 kidney stones which where clearly visible on the X-rays.

My Mom had a stroke and they told her it was just a headache. They could have saved her from being disabled if they had caught it and given her meds in time. We told the er Dr. we thought it was a stroke. Now she is disabled and has memory loss. Worst hospital. Do not take your loved ones here!!!!!!!!!! Might as well sign their death certificate if you do!!!!!

Last year, went into the ER at around 6, waited an hour to get admitted (which is fine, I understand it takes a while with COVID regulations and all that). Once I was admitted they kind of forgot about me, they didn't come to take my vitals until 2 hours after I had gotten into a room. They stuck my arm to insert an IV and I bled onto the bed and on my clothes (that's fine, I guess my veins are just like that haha) and they said they'd be back to help clean me up. Then I just sat there for an hour trying not to sit in the little puddle that had accumulated. I would've tried flagging someone down, but I was at the very end of the hallway so no one ever walked down to my room unless they remembered I was there. Later on they had to take an EKG, the nurse stuck half of the electrodes and wires on and left. 30 minutes later an EMT happened to walk by and finished putting them on and then told another EMT to take over and finish the EKG. This isn't even everything that went wrong. I loved the EMTs, and save for one nurse, ER nurses were clearly not very happy to be working that night. EMTs did most of the work.

My Doctor recommended for me to get a sleep study. A lady called me to set up an appointment. After getting all of my personal info, she then asked for a $250 deposit. I advised her that if insurance did not pay all of it, I did not want to proceed. She then advised that she would waive the deposit and to just come to the appointment. Upon check in. I advised the lady checking me in several times that I did not want to proceed if insurance did not pay 100% of the charges. After me telling them this several times, they assured me that my insurance would cover the cost. About 2 weeks later, I received a bill from the hospital for almost $2,000. I called them and they advised me that my insurance did pay, but that I was responsible for the balance. Then another week passed by and I received another bill from the Doctor. Almost $2000 more. So $4,000 now. I advised them that I was assured that my insurance would pay all of this and that I was not going to pay this. They Turned it in on my credit and still fighting this in court. This is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!! BEWARE.
