Beware of renting through this management company as they have zero intentions of returning security deposits. When calling to inquire about the termination of lease or status of security deposit you will be treated rudely and with little to no consideration to the prior relationship while renting. Beware what monies you pay upfront as you will not receive it back.

George Williamson needs to learn how to drive! I witnessed him run a stop sign and then cut off a car so bad they had to swerve to the center turning lane to avoid him. I would NEVER do business with this guy! I can't even believe someone would drive like that.. Did he really need to put other lives at danger to show a house?! NOTHING is that important...I'm sure people would understand you got caught in traffic!!!

My realtor recently showed me a home from Jones and Co realty and I was overly impressed in the quality of the showing. I have seen bigger and newer homes but this older home was done right it made me consider other home options in SWFL.

Beware of this Management Company.

Beware of this Management Company.

I read poor reviews about Jones and Co prior to signing our lease but assumed it was simply upset tenants who had probably taken poor care of their rental property.

But after 3 years of taking care of our rental unit like it was our own home, never missing a payment and dealing with ordeals like flooding from bad plumbing (during the week of our wedding) and large holes in the roof that eventually attracted rodents, we finally moved out.

We were never compensated for any issues we dealt with but we never complained and simply attributed these issues to home onwership.

Upon moving out we ensured the vents, the drawers, the kitchen, bathrooms, garage, etc were all cleaned to the point of "move in ready status". (To say the home was cleaner and in better condition than when we moved in would be an understatement.)

Then the kicker.. 60 days later, after calling and calling to learn how and when we would receive our security deposit, we finally received it. Mary and Kelly concluded that due to nail holes that were patched and sanded but not painted that they would keep $399. Then they withheld $150 for lawn services. We mowed the lawn the last day of our lease but since Mary took two weeks to inspect the home, the grass had now become overgrown. (The condition of the grass and garden was so poor upon move-in that we bought $200 in mulch and flowers just so he neighbors would know the home is no longer in foreclosure). This was not noted by Mary and she felt it was only right to withhold $150 for the lawn to be mowed.

After all of this we were left with only one option. To call Morgan and Morgan, which we have since done.

My hope is that you do not get caught up in the fast pace rental market in Lee County and end up settling for Jones and Co. Look elsewhere because I know there are many good PM Companies that will provide much better services during your tenure and will not withold 90% of your security deposit for unpainted nail holes and lawn trimming.

Sincerely,
Former Tenant.

Wonderful company to work for. Great opportunity for growth and leadership development. JJ, our Broker, is available all hours of the day and weekends to answer questions which is not typical for most offices. Very supportive and fun environment to work in. Excellent training and continuing education provided through the company.

Buyer/Seller BEWARE!!! We were interested in a home from Jones & Co. After multiple conversations with JJ Jones it has become apparent that ethics from their agent is non existent. JJ is more concerned with the legality of an issue than the ethics. I am filing a formal complaint with Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association for ethics. I have pictures, emails, and even hand written documentation from the agent, Jean. She would be well suited to get a dictionary and look up the term 'meticulous' . I am also filing civil suit for recovery of expenses as a results of their outright misrepresentations. DO NOT USE THEM!
