Great fun atmosphere! Very helpful and polite staff

We have taken our 6 year old son 3 times now and he loves it every time! It is clean with lots to do for younger and older kids, and a great way for him to burn off some energy. The staff does a wonderful job making it a really fun place to play!

Great place for kids of all ages. My three boys (6, 3 and 1) had tons of fun. They have 5 bounce houses, an Xbox live, basketball, a giant dart board (Velcro), and many more fun stuff. We spent about 3 hours there and they definitely weren't ready to leave. We'll be back!

What a fun place for the kids to go! The place is spotless and filled with toys, puzzles, riding toys, obstacle courses, bounce houses, and other fun things. The kids can run wild! The hours of business are much shorter during the week and longer on the weekend.

Had a great time with the family!!! Good for the younger kids and older kids they all had fun!! I have a 1 year old 2 year old and 7 year old.

We have attended a couple birthday parties here and each visit was great. It was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. There is a little something for everyone in the family to enjoy. My son loves the Nerf room!

My 3 year old loves it here! The first floor is full of toddler age appropriate toys, ride ons and small bounce castles. The second floor has bigger jump houses and games appropriate for older kids. We had my sons 3rd birthday party there and it was fabulous. All the kids ages 1 to 12 had a blast. The staff doesn't guide your party, its independent and up to you to keep things moving, so if that's not what you're looking for I'd suggest doing something else. However we are more of a laid back family and enjoyed that we had plenty of time for free play before and after our party time. It was very fairly priced for the activities. The staff was helpful with our setup and clean up and answering any questions we had!

Awesome experience for the kids. Shout out to Brice who stayed open late for us. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Awesome little place for kids. Having birthday party right now. Kids are having a great time.

I drove 40 minutes to try jump and shout for the first time today with my two kids, I packed lunches for our family. We played and when my kids got hungry we opened up our packed lunches. We were then quickly scolded and told that there is no outside food allowed.

We then packed up our lunches and left earlier because my kids were hungry and there we no lunch options for sale, there were only snacks.

There are a lot of places like this in the Akron/Cleveland area, and never have our packed lunch been an issue before.

I suggest putting no outside food CLEARLY on the website for people like myself. No where on the website does it say anything about outside food not being allowed.

It s a nice clean place, but this was a frustrating experience. Its sad our first experience went like this. Between the drive, price of admission, and having to then purchase lunches we won t be returning.

This is a great place to take a young child for some fun. We have brought our daughter here a few times and have loved it every time! They have a great selection of bounce houses, games, and toys that can be purchased from the shop next door. I personally love that they don't have arcade games at it promotes play time and bonding away from screens. I have seen employees supervising each time we visited and we've had great experiences every time as well. Thanks for the memories and convenient location!

We got the exceptional birthday package for my son's third birthday party. He was so thrilled, The staff was amazing and very helpful and so nice We will definitely be coming here in the future. Highly recommend Jump N Shout.

It's okay for young children. Limited to older children the Nerf room not extremely safe boys in our party where having boys sit on a air bag and the heavy boy would jump on it to make them fly

We were visiting family over Christmas and are from Florida. We went to eat at the Barn and saw this place. We took our 4 year son who has developmental delays and he had a blast! The staff was friendly and accommodating. They have a downstairs area for the younger children which makes it great too!

Cute place for the kids to burn off some extra energy. We re from a busy city and this place was extra special because it wasn t crowded and the kids were able to play in each area with ample room. The staff was friendly and kind. Everything was clean and had been taken care of. The bathrooms were diaper friendly and they also had a nursing room for mother s. Give this place a shot if you re in the area.

I have a 2 and 3 year old, both boys and this place was perfect for them. There is so much to do from fun bouncy houses and slides to hands-on toys like Legos and a chalkboard wall. There is plenty of space, restrooms, and snacks/drinks available. It's perfect for a day out with the kids. They were tuckered out by the time we left!

took our 4 kids here on Sunday morning. excellent they loved it! the staff is young and there was only 2 people working at a time from what i could tell, so there was not a lot of helping hands or supervision outside of the parents (some of which just let their children run wild) but it was clean, it was fun! be prepared to go eat afterwards though as the only serve small snacks like chips and candy ar the moment.

Lots of stuff to do here for kids and even a few that adults would enjoy. The constant drone of the air pumps is a bit anoying (they should put the pumps outside and route the air in through ductwork. But its not too bad. They have music playing but it is hard to hear. I really like that the fee paid is for kids only unlike most places that charge for adults that just stand around anyway. The air conditioning leaves much to be desired and they need a shelf and hook next to the changing tables in the bathrooms. My 3 and 5 year old love it here. We come quite often.

This is a great place to take your littles! There are things from toddlers all the way through big kids to keep them busy! There s a cafe area and snacks and bottled drinks are available, as well as coffee for us tired mama s there are bouncy houses that are smaller downstairs, and large inflatables upstairs. The staff is great and they roam the places picking up toys and keeping an extra eye out. Never once have I seen one of them staring at their phone like other play places. This is a regular spot for us!

None of the staff even attempted to make kids follow the rules. Sat at the counter for 20 min waiting for someone who worked there to tell us the rules. Children were being violent to others. We mentioned it to staff so they could tell the parents of said children and they shrugged and said "I'm not sure what you want me to do." Won't be back. My 6 year old daughter followed the rules and was hurt twice from other kids. I get that it's a children's place. But if parents aren't going to be held accountable for kids being violent then it's not a place I feel safe in for my child and will therefore not be getting my business or the business of the members of the mommy and me play group I'm apart of.

My 2 yr old grand daughter had a blast. We will go back.

It was good, I went with my sister, who is 9 years old. I wanted to have jumped on the bouncy castles, but they were <10 for the age limit.

Overall a good time. I think the nerf guns could use to be updated. This was my first visit ill def go again.

I wasnt impressed. Doesnt leave much for adults to do and could barely find a place to sit. No food here either. $10 way to much for basically a playground

It's too good not to give a good rating - but I did have concerns the last time we visited. They were closing at 8 and the employees starting picking up and sweeping around 7 o'clock. Being that we had just got there a half hour before they started cleaning up it felt very much like we were not able to continue to use the areas that were cleaned up. It just felt like they were closing up a few minutes after we got there. Otherwise, we love it. And I also think the price went up since the first time we went.

This is THE place for kids and families! Inviting, clean environment with multiple inflatables on two different floors with different toys and activities to compliment the "main attraction". We've had two birthday parties here and counting. There's a nerf war section too!!!! There's always a new, updated toy or activity to keep kids interested. We had a season pass last year and more than got our money's worth, we will definitely have those every year while my kids are at the right age! Wooster is very blessed to have such a family-oriented business dedicated to quality time spent with your kiddos.

Excellent service and expierance!!! Perfect for ages 3+!!! Very affordable, clean business and very personable staff. Lots of hands on activities for "everyone" Shout out to Bryce for going over and beyond to ensure our kids trip was especially enjoyable! Oh the inflatables are SUPER cool. Really enjoyed watching out LO slide down this monster hill haha!! Will be back again and again.
Also I am in a wheelchair and this establishment is also handicap accessible with accommodations provided. 5 stars.

We love this place so much we booked my 2 yr old party there. Everyone had a blast and the party helper I think her name was Ella? Was awesome, she was helpful but not over bearing, very courteous of my guests and needs. We had the nerf party room and I highly recommend it if you have younger/ older mix of children. All guests complimented the party and overall experience. Thanks jump n shout!!

Smaller than I though BUT MY DAUGHTER GOT HIVES. They were using spray generic lemon pledge on the tables while we were there!!! No refund and owner just said they had to clean the tables with something?? I'd sugest water and vinagar while kids are in the INCLOSED SPACE?? WON'T BE GOING BACK.... well the response says more than I could've. In no way did I agree it could of been caused by smoke??? My daughter is never around smoke?? SAD JUST SAD THIS IS HOW YOU OPERATE A BUSINESS.

We booked a party for Friday, November 13th for 6pm. I called to book the party Thursday with less than 24 hours notice. The woman on the phone answered the 20 questions I had for her with nothing but patience and kindness. Party booked, deposit paid, no problem. Once we got there Friday, we needed to add on 2 more pizzas which were added, no issue at all. Which by the way, the pizza was amazing! They were helpful & ready at desk for any question we had the entire time! Played a nerf game in their nerf zone room, so worth it!!!! We definitely recommend visiting this place and will definitely be going back!

Excellent place for the younger kids although it is kind of small inside. My children had a blast. I would strongly suggest that non slip socks are worn for upstairs as the floor is very very slippy. My 3 year old put his teeth through his front lip due to it being so slick. Other than that it's excellent and the price is very reasonable. XBOX Kinect good for adults and older children.

Perfect place to take kids of a wide age range, fun atmosphere, friendly staff and clean facility! Love the toddler jump times when there is a craft, story or music geared toward the under 5 crowd.

A very nice place for parties for younger children. My granddaughter's 4th birthday party was held there. When it came time to open presents, she got to sit in a huge inflatable throne, to open them. Not a ton of activities, but the little ones didn't seem to mind, and they had a great time. The staff were very attentive, and helpful. I would definitely recommend going there.

We had my son's 5th birthday party here over the weekend, and it was perfect for all his little friends that ranged from 2 - 8. The staff was very helpful, kind, and let the party go at a natural state without myself every feeling rushed in or out. Amazing value for a birthday party! Thank you all!

Loved visiting this place- fun for kids and a nice price for a day of fun. The owner works at the business and is really friendly and welcoming. It s a fun place with great toys, bounce houses, a party room etc. snacks are available for purchase and it s as fun as you make it!

Great time. Fun for all ages! You cannot bring in food or drinks. However they do offer drinks for purchase. They do have food options for parties! Staff was great and helpful. Great time had by all!

I recently spent 300 dollars on my daughters birthday party here. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the experience. From the beginning, they emailed me, which I dont check frequently, instead of calling me. When we arrived there was a few table cloths and some party plates and cups with the theme of the party and some balloons. You normally get a time limit with the room of one hour but since there was nothing else going on they let us stay in longer, but still ONE HOUR FOR 300 DOLLARS! Then we were informed that top floor, which has the bigger bounce houses wouldn't be available to us after that either. Just the common party room area.They made a few cupcakes and 2 very substandard pizzas that even the kids didn't want to eat. This place is extremely small and if the prices were lower it may have been more tolerable. But they are charging Disneyland prices for mediocre fun and that isnt fair to the consumer. We were gonna pay to have our daughters hand print put on the wall but after just 30 minutes we realized that no one was having fun and we wouldn't have another party here. Save your money or get a better deal dont throw away 300 dollars like we did

Very affordable and lots of entertainment and things for the little ones. This is definitely a must for anyone with children. Staff is very friendly.

Kids have a good time there although they wished more legos wheels were available (between 7 and 10 on a good day).

Had my son's 5th birthday here recently. It was very nice, very clean, and the kids seemed to all enjoy it very much. The older cousins also seemed to enjoy the space, but I can tell that older than perhaps 7 or 8 might need something else, but its great for kids who may have younger siblings. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They made sure that everything went well, and the Pizza for the party was surprisingly delicious. My son sat in the big chair and it was a great place to kind of let the kids run out their energy.
We had a blast and will probably be going back just to play!

My four grandchildren spent 2.25 hours here and were sad to leave. They range in age from 3-almost 7 years old.

A GREAT place for kids ages toddler to 9 yrs. 5 bouncing houses, a Wii, basketball hoop game, huge velcro darts, blocks, Foosball, air hockey, and some little animal ride toys. $10-$12 cost per child by height. Air conditioned building. Area for snacks. Bring socks or pay $1.00 for pair.

They keep it clean and everyone is nice and helpful. My 2 year old has fun running around, bouncing, and playing sensory activities alongside other toddlers. We bought the membership because it's close to home and great for bad weather days.

Great place to take your children or grandchildren to expend some energy!

Fun place for my 3 year old, after an hour he kinda got bored though. Also out of the 15 adults that were there only 4 were wearing masks. (That is the 2 employees, myself, and one other person)

Although it is a 90 minute drive, it was well worth it for our 5 grandchildren aged 3 to 10. We were there 2 1/2 hours, and the kids would have played longer if we had the time. The adults and older kids had a great time doing a nerf gun battle.

Visited to meet for a Saturday play date with out of town friends. Expect to spend no more than a couple hours here because it's small and there's not enough to entertain even older kids for a long length of time. Floors are separated by age. Lower level for young kiddies with soft floors and safe play-on equipment. Upper level for older kids and adults with bouncy houses, slide, video games, and giant dart board. This level is where we spent most of our time. The video gaming system wasn't play-ready so us tech savvy adults spent some time setting it up and ready for play. Didn't see an employee supervising the entire time we were there though there were plenty of parents present. Biggest gripe, no place for adults to sit. I counted only a half dozen small benches in the whole place. Nowhere to store personal belongings. We couldn't make ourselves comfortable anywhere while the kids played. Disappointed that the kids couldn't even bring water to drink while they worked up a sweat. Small snacks and drinks are available for purchase but must be consumed in their small dining area (3 or 4 cafe tables). We had a lovely chat with the owners who are wonderful people who have put a great idea into motion. However, some important details are lacking and hopefully in time they will make some improvements.

Great place for kids .Had my 3 year old here and the bottom level was perfect .However it did get a little rough here and there on second level. Too many kids at once in the obstacle course. I will also agree with some other posts ,some children were not being looked after by their parent or staff and were not following rules .Also downstairs bathroom was a little dirty .But nothing horrible .Overall good price, daughter had a blast ! Owner was very friendly . Also a little lunch there would be good ,hot dogs,nachos ,pbjs, etc.

Great place for kids birthday parties or just to spend a few hours on the weekends.
